Pet Policy Up to 2 well-groomed indoor dogs, maximum 30 lbs each, are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. No aggressive breeds. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and owners must clean up after them. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.
. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.
. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.
. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.
. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.
. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

First the communication was professional and attentive to my needs; the location of the property was easy to access; parking was easy and many spaces available; the grounds were well kept, manicured & lots of dog owners with pups who were VERY responsible with their dogs was very impressed. Never saw, smelled or stepped in poop and all were on leashes. Very impressed with those dog guests and dog owners!! Keep up the good work! The pool was clean and pool deck maintained. Never saw trash. The property provide carts to unload your car and transport stuff using elevators. The property is also gated so you do have a sense of added security. The keyless entry was phenomenal! Didn’t have to worry about losing or misplacing keys. The condo was spotless, well equipped with needed gadgets from coffee maker to tv and had a perfect view. The view was beautiful. The instructions were well written and posted where you could easily find them. AND the complimentary beach chairs with umbrella was NICE. I would stay again in this condo. Thank you!!
