PRIVATE POOL & SPA est construit et prêt à l'emploi. Cette maison exquise, entièrement meublée et améliorée sur le parcours de golf à l'Indian Palms Country Club est vraiment un 10! Enroulant autour d'une belle cour avant recouverte de bambou avec des portes en fer sur mesure et une fontaine d'eau apaisante et un barbecue, cette belle maison offre une vue sur la montagne et le parcours de golf dans les deux directions, une généreuse casita lumineuse, des sols en travertin, une grande salle expansive ouverte aux gourmets. -Dans la cuisine avec une grande île et un garde-manger généreux, un coin petit-déjeuner donnant sur le parcours de golf, une retraite privée et une merveilleuse séparation entre les chambres. La maison a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans la maison principale, et 1 chambre et salle de bain complète dans Casita individuelle. VEUILLEZ NOTER QUE NOUS NE SOMMES PAS SUR LE LIVRE INSTANTANÉ. Great location. Front gate always had a very long line - into the street long- and the processGetting through the gate was very slow - 20 mins sometimes (2 x). Also, we had 6 ladies for 4 nites - out all day til early eve & dinner out 2 nites- and we ran out of toilet paper. But house was gorgeous.

Perfect for Spring Break

Everything was great at this property, from the spacious kitchen to the lovely pool and hot tub! The location is great for Polo and Golf, super easy to get everywhere. We will definitely book this great property in Indio again!

Great home for a getaway

Enjoyed staying at this nicely appointed home. Was the perfect size for a family of four to have a nice weekend getaway. Check-in was easy, the home is nicely furnished and the pool/spa was great.

Family vacation

We had a long overdue family vacation and loved the pool and hot tub at this house. The casita and the house layout worked great for us to hang out, relax and prepare meals. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful house and pool

We came to stay for the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament and this beautiful home was the perfect location! Amazing backyard and pool to relax in after a day at the fields. Wonderful home!

Staying at this property was incredible. Yvonne the property manager was helpful and communicative. The property is exactly as listed and is spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend (especially to those wanting to walk to Coachella).

Great House

The house is very well appointed and stocked with everything one could need. The location is good and close to restaurants and stores. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxing and the golf course is a great backdrop. I would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the area. I will definitely return if we need a place to stay in the desert.

Lovely, Comfortable Home

This property was perfect for three couples. Plenty of space, gorgeous pool and spa/hot tub, large, modern, very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Plenty of comfortable patio furniture with room for everyone to "spread out". Located in a lovely area of Indian Palms County Club(on the golf course) yet very private. Thoughtfully, attractively, and comfortably furnished. Excellent, prompt communication with rental agent. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

BNP Trip

House was very comfortable and clean, the pool and outdoor living area was wonderful for relaxing after a hot day of tennis. Location was great since we were here for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. Also the separate caseda worked well for our group of ladies. We were hardly at the house, but it did appear the neighbors did not like that the home was being rented as a VRBO, they made some rude comments about it we heard as we were getting into our car. But overall we really enjoyed our stay at the home and hope to make this annual trip for our tennis group.

Indio Getaway

This is a delightful property, spacious and well laid out. My husband and I used the Casita and my daughter and family( husband and three children had plenty of space in the main house. The pool and spa are especially well designed. Plenty of shade and outside seating with umbrellas. In short a great spot to escape to for five days.

Another great visit

This is our second visit to this property and we love it very much. First of all Yvonne, the property manager, is fantastic. Attentive to any questions and always willing to help. We love the house because it is spacious and very inviting inside. The Casita is also a big plus. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Long weekend getaway

Property was just as described and VERY clean. Well appointed, kitchen nicely stocked, nice area and pool/backyard was perfect and where we spent most of our time! All the beds were comfortable except the room with the two twins - mattresses were a little thin for our teens but other than that, the house was great and just the weekend we needed and thoroughly enjoyed! Property manager was very responsive leading up and during our trip! We would love to go back!

Felt like Home

This is a wonderful property! The house is well appointed, with comfortable furniture, beds, pots and pans, everything you need. The back yard faces East and is a wonderful spot for morning coffees and plenty of sun in different areas throughout the day. The property manager, Yvonne is very responsive if anything is needed.We would love to come back.

Comfortable Golf Resort Home

This home is like new -- recently renovated and professionally decorated. It is beautiful, with comfortable, new furnishings and fresh new linens. The back pool/spa area was like an extension of the house, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying this private area. The home has three bedrooms plus a casita, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our friends/family group. We would rent this property again.

Perfectly perfect!

Stayed for a few days during an event at the polo grounds. Easy to walk. Quiet, felt secluded. Two adults, 4 young adults, and 2 teens. It was a perfect stay. House is well appointed. An easy place to stay! Kids didn’t even want to leave at night, backyard was a haven. Bonus for mom, a lovely road runner stopped in to say hi.

Cozy Getaway

This property is a gem. It was comfortable and extremely clean!!! I've stayed at many VRBO's. This home away from home was organized and well equipped with all that you needed throughout the entire house, pool and casita. Beautiful home is a good location

We enjoyed our stay at this home, which is on the Indian Palms gold course. The home and backyard are both beautiful. Our only “complaint”, if you want to call it that was too much shade in the backyard, which faces East (so afternoon sun). We were there in November, when the temperature was lower, and would have preferred more sunshine If your planned stay is in the summer, it’d probably be a welcome relief.
