Notre copropriété a une vue magnifique sur la plage, l'océan et la piscine. (Situé dans le bâtiment 2 / 2e étage). C'est un endroit calme à l'écart de la circulation piétonne avec terrasses privées.
Residencias Reef Condominium Resort est considéré comme l'une des plus belles propriétés de Cozumel avec la plus longue plage de sable naturelle (google Residencias Reef Cozumel). Situé à 22 km au sud de l'aéroport international de Cozumel.

Ceci est ma maison de vacances personnelle, pas une entreprise. Nous sommes heureux de le mettre à la disposition des clients respectueux / courtois (6 max). Nous avons eu des centaines d'invités merveilleux au cours de la dernière décennie (beaucoup sont des répétitions annuelles)!

• La jetée sur notre plage est disponible pour la prise en charge de votre bateau de plongée préféré.

• Sports nautiques sur la plage-plongée en apnée; Plongée; Jet skis; Pêche.
* Plongée en apnée au large de notre plage. L'entrée dans l'océan contient des coraux rocheux qui permettent une meilleure plongée en apnée. Il est peu profond et nage lentement. Mais la meilleure plongée en apnée est de prendre un bateau pour les récifs offshore.

CONSULTATIF:
1. Nous travaillons dur pour offrir une maison très propre et une expérience merveilleuse à nos clients. Pour atténuer le risque de perturbation lors de la préparation de l'arrivée de chaque invité, nous avons besoin de vêtements propres / secs lorsque nous sommes assis sur nos meubles d'intérieur et de ne pas fumer.
2. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour entretenir le condo. Comme toute maison, des interruptions peuvent survenir telles qu'un appareil électroménager, un climatiseur, le wifi, l'électricité, etc.
Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel où nous pouvons changer de chambre.

TRANSPORT:
De l'aéroport: service de navette - organiser à l'arrivée; OU, Location de voitures. Avis / Hertz sont dans le terminal de l'aéroport et Thrifty / Dollar / Alamo / sont à 200 mètres de la propriété de l'aéroport.
Location de voitures: effectuez une recherche sur un site Web comme Travelocity pour comparer les tarifs. Personnellement, je choisis une couverture d'assurance complète (collision et responsabilité) sans franchise qui coûte environ. 35 $ / jour.

-À notre condo: des TAXI attendent devant notre barrière de sécurité au Secrets and Sunscape Hotel à côté.

EMPLACEMENT DU CONDO: 2e étage (sur 3 étages) dans le bâtiment 2 - à 35 mètres de la piscine et de la plage. De larges escaliers faciles à monter (pas d'ascenseur) - le personnel de sécurité est heureux de vous aider avec vos bagages (veuillez les donner un pourboire).

RESIDENCIAS REEF sont des copropriétés privées situées sur Paradise Beach, l'une des plus grandes plages naturelles de Cozumel (16 km au sud du centre-ville / 10 km du parc Chankanaab). Propriété paysagère tropicale et pas une propriété de grande hauteur dense. Calme mais à quelques pas de plusieurs clubs de plage avec restaurants et équipements pour enfants ouverts jusqu'à 17 h.
Nous sommes dirigés par une association de propriétaires et tous les invités doivent respecter les règles.

* MAID / GUEST REP- Victor et Elena sont avec moi depuis de nombreuses années et seront vos hôtes locaux. Victor, vous accueillera à l'aéroport avec les clés, mais la législation syndicale locale lui interdit de vous transporter ou de transporter vos bagages. Vous pourrez soit utiliser le service de van de l'aéroport ou louer une voiture.
Il organisera le nettoyage d'Elena quand vous le voudrez et pourra organiser toutes les activités et les besoins que vous pourriez avoir.

NOURRITURE
1. Immense épicerie appelée "Mega" est en ville-7 miles de la copropriété. Vous trouverez la plupart des mêmes articles / marques qu'aux États-Unis à des prix similaires et un service complet d'alcool / bière / vin.
2. 5 clubs de plage à 100 mètres au sud. Ils offrent le déjeuner et des collations (Carlos & Charlies; Paradise Beach club; San Francisco Club).

3. Grande variété de restaurants formidables en ville (taxi ou voiture de location)

                             DES CHAMBRES
La chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne; TV à écran plat; Commode, 2 placards; chevets et chaise longue. La terrasse donne sur la plage et la piscine.
Les 2 chambres d'hôtes partagent une salle de bain avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Commodes, tables de nuit et beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans le lit et la salle de bain.

Salon
Le salon a deux canapés, deux grandes chaises rembourrées en rotin de luxe, une table de cocktail avec quatre tabourets à roulettes; TV écran plat 42 'avec barre de son stéréo sans fil; lecteur DVD bluray et CD stéréo dans une grande armoire de divertissement.
CUISINE / SALLE À MANGER
Cuisine entièrement équipée. Comptoirs de granit / armoires en acajou. Le comptoir a 4 beaux tabourets en acajou et la table à manger a 6 chaises en jonc de mer.

TERRASSE
La terrasse a une table ronde de 42 'avec 6 chaises, chaises longues et un GRIL électrique.

Nice, clean, spacious, well-maintained unit at beachfront condominium, without dock but with convenient access to dock at adjacent property for dive boat pickup. The accommodations met/exceeded expectation based on representations in listing. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely choose to stay there again.

10 Days in Paradise....!!!!!

I was a little nervous about booking this property because I wasn’t 100% sure of the exact location, but I went ahead and booked it anyway... Once I booked the property the owner immediately provided me with information about the condo itself and tons of additional information as well. The photos on the website do not do this place justice, all the bedrooms were extremely large along with the living room, dining room & Kitchen. We had a total of 5 people and we had way more than enough room to stay out of each other’s way .... lol. The condo is nicely appointed, the beds were extremely comfortably. There are A/C units in each room and it takes less than a few minutes to cool the room off. The linens and towels were great (Not to thin or cheap... lol) Now onto the folks working at the property... we had Elena clean the condo every other day and she also cooked authentic Mexican dishes (Farley inexpensive) the actual cost of each meal was around 20/25 bucks... not bad for 5 people and the food always tasted wonderful. Also Victor was a great help, he setup anything we needed from couples massages to bringing more water when needed etc... We also booked a boat excursion (5 hr private boat) and was able to leave from the dock located next door. I definitely look forward to going back to Cozumel next year and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.. With regards to the property itself, you have a beautiful view from either balcony and the grounds are kept immaculate, the beach area in-front of the property was awesome. To the owner Mark, you made our stay extremely enjoyable with your timely emails telling us of places and things to do and answering any questions as they came up. It was a pleasure my friend....!!!!!!

Fantastic - as always!!

I have now seen several condo's at Residencias Reef and Marks is by FAR the best. All bedrooms are comfortable and airy with great airconditioning which we never use - just leave the windows open for a great breeze. Our family loves sitting out on the large deck and when we've had enough of the kids its great to read quietly on the deck off of the master bedroom. We had friends for dinner on this trip and Mark thoughtfully provides extra folding chairs for the patio table to comfortably seat our group. Elena and Victor do a great job of making us feel at home and are very helpful. The condo itself is spotless - except for things like spices and coffee filters that make our stay even easier. The property itself is wonderful. Great pools with just enough guests to make it fun! The beach is gorgeous and we love the scuba access off of the pier next door. This was at least our 5th or 6th trip to Mark's condo - I wouldn't stay anywhere else!! We'll be back soon!!!!

Great place

We stayed almost 2 weeks at condo 6230, Residencias Reef. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo is very nice with new furniture and good beds. The kitchen has most everything you need. There are 2 decks, one off the master bedroom, and one off the living room. The view is amazing. We cooked breakfast each day in the condo, and ate out for all other meals. Our favorite place to eat was a little taco stand just North of the condo. It’s called Dona Chely. They make the best tacos ever! We also liked Alberto’s, which is on the beach and you don’t have to drive to town. For burgers we liked Kelley’s Sports Bar downtown. Had fun golfing at the Cozumel Country Club, went deep sea fishing with the boat La Marley (caught 2 Mahi Mahi), parasailed, swam, and sat on the beach. Victor arranged for the fishing boat to pick us up at the Secrets Pier. And a restaurant downtown called La Cocina Caribe cooked up our fish! We arranged for Elena to clean the condo every other day. It was nice to have the same trusting person to provide that service. There is about 10 yards of rocky coral at the shore of the beach, but out farther is great for swimming. So be sure to bring your water shoes. Overall, we loved it and would come back in a heart beat.

Fabulous Location and Host!

The condo was in the perfect location for our family - private and quiet, but close enough to the "action" that we didn't feel isolated. Mark is an incredible host - very responsive and helpful, before, during and after our stay. We loved the beach and the location. The diving was incredible - clear, warm water with 100% visibility! Salty Endeavors picked us up at the Secrets dock, which is just steps from the condo. We bought food at several different local stores - the Sam's Club actually had the best produce and some familiar products but still local, authentic Cozumel products. We also ate out plenty - really loved Chalingos where we ate in the owners' living room! So cool to experience authentic Mayan/Cozumel food, which was delicious and cheap! We also loved Kinta. It was a great trip. I hope we can go back! Thanks, Mark!

Perfect for family or group

Our family of 6 stayed for a week in late August. It had very spacious 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and nice balconies. Our dive boat picked us up on the pier which is a short walking distance from condo; it seemed to be a well known pier to get picked up for various boat activities. We enjoyed the 2 pools which we had it to ourselves most of the time, snorkeling right in front of the condo and beach clubs nearby for activities. You need a car to get to town for restaurants and groceries. Mark was responsive with questions, and Victor was very helpful at the property.

Great location, great condo, great owner & management!

This condo is fantastic. It is a great location with an nice, private beach and a pier next door. Located approx. 12-14 kilometers South of town so away from all the cruise ship mess, but still close enough to go into town for dinner and shopping. The complex is well maintained with two pools and lush gardens. The condo itself is well equipped with everything you could want for your stay. The owner/management provides maid service and Elena does a wonderful job! This is my second time staying at Residencias Reef and am already planning a return trip as my family and I absolutely love Cozumel. NOTE: make sure you rent a car as you can experience much more of the island this way. Driving in Cozumel is no different than driving in the city in the US (one-way streets, limited parking, motorcycles). I love driving in other countries--it is part of the adventure.

Residencias Reef Lives Up to Expectations and More

Found great deal on flights and booked the whole family for a Christmas vacation. Discovered Mark's condo on Homeaway and the whole experience was top notch. Regular and timely communication with the owner and the transaction went like clockwork. We needed an extra bed, so Mark paid for an inflatable bed that we bought with us and left it in the condo. Condo was as advertised, complete with appliances, and everything you'd expect in a modern kitchen. Fridge is large and freezer makes plenty of ice fast for drinks. Beds comfortable, plenty of furniture for 6 people. Plenty of beach towels in the condo ( which was a plus). Victor, the concierge is available upon request and helpful but not intrusive...speaks English and is accessible by phone or email. Elena (housekeeper) comes when you need her to and looks after the condo, takes out trash, changes linens and towels etc. She is great. Condo has great wifi, Cable TV and Vonage phone....not that we used much except the wifi. Parking available for rental is convenient, and guys on the gate very helpful... The property is VERY well maintained. Pools are clean, heated to about 85F and pretty quiet. Loungers in good condition. Beach is groomed everyday. Bring water shoes if you don't like having to pick your way across smooth coral... it didn't bother me , but my 80 year old mom was reluctant. Snorkelling is ok - mostly grass beds - a few coral heads as you head over to the Secrets dock. Plenty of fish though ( trumpet, angel, scorpion, tangs, parrot, and yes barracuda) Watch out for loco jet skiers from the beach clubs - just stay within the buoys and be alert. Dive operators will pick you up on the Secrets dock next door...no charge and very convenient. All in all a great experience from beginning to end... would highly recommend and would return again. Both for the property and the condo.

Ocean paradise!

Such a great place for our dive vacation! Clean and comfortable, with a view of the ocean, and the dive pier within walking distance for our morning dives. We were picked up and dropped off at the pier. Residencias Reef is in a quiet, safe location. There was no scrambling for a lounge chair--plenty to be had at all times of the day, either at the pools or beach. We rented a van for the week for our family of 6 and enjoyed exploring the island. The condo had everything we needed, and Elena did a good job of keeping things clean. We loved that there were plenty of beach towels available. Nice balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Mark provided lots of information; great tips on restaurants, and he answered lots of questions. Several beach clubs to the south for a snack or lunch. One of our all-time favorite vacations!

Great Condo - Want for nothing

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for a week and had a great time! The 3 bedroom condo was a perfect choice for us and it has everything you need. The kids had the sound bar hooked up for the music within minutes of entering the place and it was fantastic family time in the evenings in the condo. Definitely preferred all of us in the same room at the condo during the evenings as opposed to different resort hotel rooms. We enjoyed our time down at the great beach as well as down at the pools. The overall facilities of Residencias Reef is well up kept and it is so nice not fighting for chairs everyday. Mark responded to inquiries and requests before and during our stays very quickly. Victor met us at the airport and stopped by to check on us multiple times during our stay and was able to help out where needed. He also responded quickly to any questions we had via texts. Elena had a smile on her face every time we saw her and the kids had some fun learning a little Spanish from her and they taught her a little English. Great Place! Great Location!

Perfect Accommodations for a Family Vacation

We stayed a week - needed 3 bedrooms for 3 couples. This condo fit the bill perfectly. It's away from the busy downtown and cruise ship terminals, quiet without feeling secluded. We rented a car (recommended) and it was an easy 15 minute drive to the two food stores in town. The pools and beach at the condo were perfect. Mark always responded to my emails while down there very quickly. Everything that required instructions labeled correctly and a comprehensive guidebook prepared for all things Cozumel. There are books to read, games to play, movies to watch. Victor was great - gave us good suggestions, answered all our questions, always had a smile on his face and every outing he arranged for us was perfect. I left my coat on the plane when we arrived in Cozumel and thought I would never see it again. Victor knows the head of security at the airport and found my coat!!! Seems Victor knows everyone. We had a meal prepared for us by Esparanza and was amazing. We were hoping our flights would be cancelled so we can stay longer. We always felt safe no matter the hour. We highly recommend staying here!!! We did eat at Paradise Beach which is a 3 minute walk from the condo - would not recommend it, the Money Bar is a fun place to go to watch the sunset.....You can go snorkeling right off the dock shown in the pictures here....and see some neat fish. Enjoy your stay - it will be hard not to!!!

Very comfortable, quiet, and high quality condo.

This condo complex is extremely beautiful, and the exterior landscaping and pools are well maintained. This particular condo is comfortable and exactly as described. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay as we felt safe, as though it was our home for the week! Victor checked on us every day and provided the perfect suggestions when we asked about places to eat, cruise ship schedules, busyness of island traffic, directions, authentic and local eateries, and activities. Elena maintained the condo daily and did a marvelous job making us feel welcomed. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. We rented a car for the week and we highly recommend that those staying at Residencias Reef do this as well. We enjoyed the independence that a car provided when considering food, activities, and grocery shopping. We highly recommend Mark as he was helpful in answering questions prior to our trip and provided information for options to get from the airport to the condo. He was also available during our stay, had we needed to ask any questions. The beach is very quiet compared to the beach clubs further down the beach. This was a nice feature since we could walk a short distance to be around beachside food, drink and people if we wished, or we could stay on our own beach and enjoy the quietness. The ocean in front of the condos does have a reef, so we took our Keens and thoroughly enjoyed the ocean at all times of day. We did our grocery shopping in town at Mega, and the condo had plentiful supplies to do our own cooking. Paradise Beach club has great food under a solid thatched structure. We ate at Ocean VIP club also, but it was more like eating under a tent. Do be aware that both of these beach clubs give you the bill with a tip already added into the total. Other restaurants on the island did not do this and we prefer to tip according to service. We enjoyed eating at Mr. Sanchos and El Coctelito also. We also picked up some pizza from Pizza Hut one evening because we missed our American food a bit. We would recommend the parasailing and jet skiing at the nearby Ocean VIP beach club. The guys there do a great job with both. Cozumel FlyBoarding, in town was so much fun for our son. We also went to see the San Gervasio Mayan ruins and took the guided tour. We enjoyed the guide's sense of humor and her dog Maya. Thank you so much, Mark! We had a great time at your condo. It was perfect.

Great Place!

This condo, its complex and location are absolutely great. Aside from the roomy and comfortable accommodations, the view of the gulf, pool and mangroves from 2 balconies really make it enjoyable. Within walking distance to several beach bars, but it really quiets down at night. We had a most enjoyable trip and this condo helped make it that way. We dove with Paul and Sergio of Aquatic Sports and Expeditions. They were great also. Picked us up on dock in front of condo -another plus!

Great Condo

This is an awesome condo with a wonderful view of the beach. Nice quiet location. The kitchen is one of the better equipped condos we've stayed at. Victor was very helpful and Elena does excellent work. We will certainly keep this condo on our list to return to. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you Mark!

Fabulous Week, great condo!

Our party of 5 really enjoyed this beautiful condo and the property itself. Condo is well furnished with everything you'd need and very comfortable and roomy. Mark was very responsive and helpful, as was Viktor, the island rep. The beach here is excellent and we brought a condo cooler down to our palapa to enjoy a cool one! Great snorkeling on the north side of the pier; also snorkeled and had lunch at Veradera by Playa Uvas and lunch and snorkeling at Corona Beach bar/restaurant. Diving was again excellent at Palancar, Santa Rosa, and this year's favorite, Columbia, with some huge Barracuda, nurse shark, lobsters, rays and tons of fish. Our favorite meal (ate there twice) was just a couple miles south at Alberto's, very casual beachside dining. They cook what they catch; we watched their fishermen land and bring in a cooler with the whole red snapper we ate within the hour. A car for the week is recommended, as you are able to visit the many beachside restaurant/bars and many have snorkeling entries right there. This was our 5th visit to Cozumel, but first at this condo. We will return and hope we can stay at Mark's condo again!

The staff are friendly; Cozumel has a variety of activities and excellent restaurants, yet less expensive than Cancun area, the eastern Caribbean and Hawaii; the water color and temperature are spectacular; Cozumel is never crowded (except by the cruise ship terminals); it's fun to be in a different culture and practice Spanish.
(Cozumel is a quiet island and not really for those seeking lots of people for a party nightlife).
