Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable - Prévoyez profiter de l'intimité directe sur le front de mer sablonneux depuis le lanai de cette unité de coin située au rez-de-chaussée du Sugar Beach Resort. Salle de bains rénovée en 2016 - carrelage au sol mis à niveau.
La plage à l'avant s'étend sur quatre milles - la plupart sans bâtiments. Promenez-vous sur la plage le matin - puis profitez de superbes couchers de soleil sur votre véranda. L'unité est entièrement meublée - cuisine entièrement équipée -. L'unité dispose d'un divan-lit dans le salon avec un matelas pneumatique - très confortable! Et un nouveau lit de taille Cal_King dans la chambre. L'unité peut accueillir 4 personnes facilement .. Nous avons également un nouveau w / d - pleine taille. Sugar Beach a un nouveau look - nouvelle peinture, nouveau système de climatisation et nouvelles fenêtres - et l’aménagement paysager est tropical et charmant.
Sugar Beach Resort dispose de 216 unités - la plupart sont dans les programmes de location. Le complexe est situé dans le nord de Kihei - pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport et à Lahaina. Maui Sites and Treasures est situé dans l’espace commercial et propose les meilleures offres pour les excursions de plongée en apnée, les promenades en Hana ou l’équitation dans les hauteurs du pays. Vous trouverez également un magasin de vêtements, un spa de massage et un petit restaurant dans le quartier commerçant. Un grand Safeway est situé à moins de dix minutes. 10/10 recommendation this place. The beach access right in front is unbeatable. Near the pool, clean, had the comfiest bed, very well stocked kitchen supplies. We stayed 7 nights and already booked another 9 next year. Joan is very responsive and really took care of us!

The room was perfect, absolute gorgeous view right out the front slider, which opened wide. The condo had everything you could need. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. I highly recommend it and I miss it already. Normally I don’t stay in ground level hotel rooms or condo condos but this one was different. It was just so private and it’s a corner so you can watch what’s going on at the pool which is right next-door. The beach right there is beautiful like I said I miss it already. Book it it’s well well well worth it.

Sitting on the little patio overlooking the ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this.

This corner unit condo was fabulous. It was very close to the pool and had the greatest view. I loved that the unit had AC as we are from the Midwest and get hot easily! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the hairdryer in the unit. There were 3 in the drawer. One didn’t turn on, the other smelled like it was going to catch on fire, and the third looked like it was from 1984. All other amenities were great. I appreciated the few k-cups of coffee and we made great use on the washer and dryer. I would stay there again

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the waves directly from the lanai. The unit had all the home necessities anyone would need for a week long stay as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella and beach towels for beach time. There are multiple grills right next to the building that were cleaned daily. Several grocery store options close by. We cooked many meals and had no issues locating what we needed.We rented a jeep so that we had our own transportation. We did travel to Wailea and Kaanapali, but really spent most of our time in Kihei and relaxed. We packed way more clothing items than needed as we had never been to the island before. Fortunately the washer and dryer worked great so we could wash and re-wear many of our more casual clothes. The pool onsite is clean and requires a code so that not just anyone walking the beach can come and use it. It was clean and had lots of chairs. Too bad there wasn't an onsite bar/grill at the pool. Although, there is a sandwich shop within walking distance, across from the pool area in the courtyard. The grounds were very lush and groundskeepers were there daily to tend to the landscape. We felt safe and had no issues during our stay. We do plan to come back and would consider the same unit again as the proximity to everything was great! Also, the bed and linens were very comfortable.

Had a very nice quiet vacation. The condo is steps away from the pool, bbq and the beach. Enjoyed walking down the beach in the morning and crossing the street to the bakery for fresh cinnamon rolls and coffee. Thanks again Joan!

Great Location!

This was the first time staying in Kihei. Great location, close to stores and easy to find. The condo building is located in a quiet spot. Which makes it perfect for watching whales and turtles! Excellent waterfront property!

I snorkeled in the beach outside the condo and it was fantastic! Swimming with turtles every time. I would advise to have water shoes or snorkel right away so as to avoid cutting your feet on the coral.

Love Sugar Beach

Just got home from a great stay in this unit. Its certainly one of the best units at Sugar Beach. Very clean and tastefully appointed. The kitchen set up and remodel is so user friendly compare to the normal layout at this property. Walk out your lanai to the best beach on Maui. Certainly will be staying her again. Thanks!

Great condo

This is our second time staying in the unit and we just love the location. Our daughter can go right to the pool and we can see her from the window. My husband just walks right to the grill to cook our dinner. We have been able to visit Maui at least every other year for 22 years and we keep coming back to Sugar Beach. The Best View Ever!

Sugar Beach Resort is a wonderfully located and FUN place to stay! Our condo had the perfect view of the sky and sun and the ocean and the beach! The very clean condo was fully equipped with just about anything you would need. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was great, and having a washer/dryer (with detergent included!) was the cherry on top. Joan was a wonderful host who was very kind and responsive to any questions, and the resort staff was great! If you would like to make memories in an oceanfront unit in Maui, this is the one to book! Enjoy!

Nice ocean front spot. Love being on the ground floor with direct access to the beach.

Condo was ready and equipped as advertised. No surprises and and an easy experience with the owner. Enjoyed our stay very much. Pool and hot tub are used frequently by other guests. We didn't use, but they all spoke highly of the outdoor grill setup. Property is well maintained, with crews cleaning all outdoor facilities daily. They recycle everything here too, which was nice. Friendly staff and helpful folks at the local travel agency that shares an office with the resort. They were super nice, but if you know what you want to do, book direct to avoid an extra "credit card fee" and tip. Beware, on your checkout day that your lock code may change early on you, locking you out of the room. Use the door stopper while you're getting you car ready to leave.

A slice of heaven

This Unit at Sugar Beach Resort was THE perfect place for us. It is exactly as described. It has an unobstructed view of the ocean with a quiet and seemingly private beach. Be sure to wear protective footwear in the water as it is deceptively uneven and rocky as you wade out. We were able to see whales in the distance from the lanai. If you want a mellow and beautiful Hawaiian Beach experience, the Sugar Beach Resort is the place to be. The unit is close to the pool, the grills, and the walkway to the beach. The unit is well-equipped. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and a boogie board. The kitchen has everything necessary for preparing meals. The king sized bed is extremely comfortable. There are plenty of towels for showers. The location is ideal…an easy drive to the airport, to Kihei, or to Lahaina. It’s far enough away from lots of activity and convenient enough to get to restaurants and shops without stress. Thank you, Joan, for sharing your amazing condo with us. We loved it and plan to return here again.

Amazing Condo - Location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about a week and the location is absolutely perfect! The condo is fantastic; being able to walk directly out the lanai to the beach was awesome. We had almost 20 people in our group that came to Maui and stayed at various places for a friend’s wedding; the consensus was our condo was the best out of 5 places. The barbecue is just around the corner from the lanai, very convenient, always had a good time with everyone cooking. The ground level and being on the corner was perfect, you really can hear the ocean all night and it’s very quiet at night, which was not the case at a few other places we visited. The condo has everything you will need, it really made things easy. We weren't further than 20 minutes from anything other than the opposite side of the island. You can book events right at the hotel, very convenient, the submarine was our favorite. A few of our friends had 1 hr timers on their AC, imagine that at night. The AC is fantastic and powerful, after a couple days we were used to the temperature but it’s great at night. We will be back, and a few of our friends have been convinced also! Thank you so much for your place and making everything so easy for us, all we had to do was relax and have fun!

Great location and view but dated building

The location of the unit and the views from the lanai were great. The bed was really comfy. The location of the resort is great. I love that you’re literally a few feet from the beach. It’s less than 20 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from a large restaurant and grocery area by car. There’s a nice little bake shop and farmers market within walking distance. On the downside, the resort is dated and shows of wear and is not much to look at when approaching it. The unit itself could be cleaner. There were roaches and gnats present during our stay. The television needs to be upgraded. It is smaller than my monitor at work. And this is by no fault of the owner or resort, but the entire area had a power outage shortly after we checked in. After traveling all day and being exhausted, we had no where to charge our phones and relax, so we had to drive to the grocery area and spend time there. Management kind of just brushed us off and said “nothing that we can do about it and you will just have to wait”. Which is true, but I found the communication to be in poor taste to travelers who aren’t familiar with the area and do not know what to expect. Overall, this unit is a good place for 4 people to stay. The location is wonderful. With a few updates, this place would be great.

great condo for two!

When we arrived the unit was very clean and neat as the photos showed. The unit had some upgrading done - the bathroom, shower and the kitchen are nicer than some of the other units we’ve seen. Also the tile flooring was easy to keep clean. The living room area was comfortable. The couch is a queen hide-a-bed, which we didn’t use. We really enjoyed having a ground floor unit. Loved being able to open the doors go out to the lanai, grassy area or beach. It made the unit seem much bigger. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies. We cooked mostly prepared or frozen meals so it worked out fine. There is a Kerig, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker. The king size bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fan helped keep the bedroom cool. In the closet there are 4 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some boogie boards, a large cooler and pool noodles. Also, there are several beach towels. The beach in front of the condo is the best in Maui! A 10 minute walk on the beach takes you to a small farmer’s market, bakery and coffee shop, shave ice and an ABC store. Also, it’s a great central location to other parts of the island. The host Joan was very helpful with some minor issues that arose during our stay. However, one thing to keep in mind is, the unit is very close to the pool/hot tub area and it can get noisy at night, however they close the pool area at 9:30pm and things quiet down after that. Definitely will come back again!
