Perfect pre cruise stay

Nice neighborhood, easy walking to trails, food, etc. clean place , slept 7 there plenty of room!

Nice place to stay. Photos are very accurate. Convenient parking situation. Host was very responsive. Would have liked more amenities but the essentials were all there. I would recommend this stay to a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the main rail line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. The unit was clean and well-stocked with paper products, which was appreciated. Check-in and check-out were simple. The only minor issue was that the AC struggled a bit on hot days, but overall it was a comfortable and well-kept place.

Clean and attentive owner

Owner sent over his assistant within 5 minutes of my calling 2 times. 1 time I had a problem with a door I had accidentally locked and another time when the downstairs tenant was noisy his assistant came over again and spoke with them on our behalf. The home has everything necessary for a great vacation with all the basic needs of comfortable beds and cleanliness.

Not so clean and cozy

The good of the property was the host responded very quickly to my questions, the unit was about 15 mins from the airport and about 20 mins from the city. Ubers ran about $30. Queen beds in all the bedrooms, which was difficult to find since there was 3 couples traveling. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels seemed new. The bad was the bathrooms were dirty. Big hairball in the tub and the mirrors and floor not clean. No hooks to hang a towel or coat anywhere. The host did say he would send someone to clean bathrooms, but it didn’t fit into our plans.

Upon investigation, we found that the professional assigned to the cleaning missed an area. As soon as I was informed, I offered to send the cleaner back, but I did not receive any further communication. It appears the client was busy and unable to accommodate the follow-up cleaning. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Moving forward, I will ensure a more thorough process is followed, including a double-check by a second team member to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the hook for towels and coats, it may have been difficult to find. I will make sure to add a sign to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

Throughout their stay, they maintained the house in immaculate condition, leaving everything exceptionally clean and well cared for.
