peaceful escape, this home has something for everyone. Enjoy year-round

comfort with dual-zone heating and cooling, featuring separate HVAC systems

for the upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems for enhanced comfort throughout

the home. For your convenience, the home includes two washers (pre-loaded with

detergent) and two dryers. Fabric softener and liquid chlorine bleach

provided.

drugs of any kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on

the property, indoors or outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. **Unauthorized

gatherings or violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of

$10,000** , plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities and

termination of your stay. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected

as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.
