The rooms were clean. We had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to a problem we experienced at the property. We wished the property had some grassy area around it for the kids to play on, but other than that we had a good experience.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review. I truly appreciate you highlighting the cleanliness of the home and my responsiveness when an issue came up during your stay. We completely understand that having a grassy yard would be a wonderful addition, especially for families traveling with children. However, many Park City properties are nestled into the beautiful mountains, and outdoor yard space can be limited. We did our best to set up the inside of the home and make it a place where guests can stay entertained and enjoy time together, with plenty of amenities and spaces to gather. Thank you again, you guys were great guests and we hope to host you again in the future.

Location is great - easy to get to everything. Plenty of parking a few houses down on the street. Hist was super responsive and helpful. The only feedback we had is that the home is starting to look a little worse for the wear - it’s time to refresh some of the furniture and flooring, etc. could use a bit more seating on the main floor. Overall we had a great stay.

We rented this home for a gathering place for a family reunion and the location was so convenient to all the activities we did together. We were very happy with our stay!

This house was really great! Awesome location, we were close to everything. Really clean, well maintained, game room was a plus. Overall, this house was the perfect addition to a great family vacation.

This house operated by Wendy was great for my group. We do a yearly spring skiing trip and I have to say overall this house was very clean. All parties seemed to have enjoyed themselves. Good location to Park City Mt. unfortunately due to snow we ended up at snowbird / Alta and Brighton. Wendy was very accommodating with letting me know when cleaners were done so we could enter a little earlier and if we had questions she answered right away. Only thing I would say is the pullout mattresses are in need or replacement or a good 2” memory foam topper. All in all the house was as advertised and we had a blast. Thank you Wendy

The property was beautiful and clean. The property manager, Wendy, was excellent, responsive, and always available for any questions during our stay. We gladly would come back to the same property.

This house is amazing. We really enjoyed all the attention to detail, the game room was a hit for the kids, beds are super comfortable, it was clean and well kept. Great location, we would love to stay here again.

This house is beautiful and in a really great location. We could not get enough of the views sitting in the hot tub on the deck. It's very spacious, well set up and really clean. We had a great time.

We love our annual trips to Park City, and we loved this house. Very family friendly, spacious and clean. This will definitely be a home we come back to. Very well maintained.

Great location with beautiful view of Park City and surrounding mountains. Only drawback was no yard but just a short walk to the pool and park area.

Excellent Stay

The property was spotless - we were a large group and slept comfortably. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Large kitchen / living room area was perfect, with a hot tub on the same level. Very close to the resorts (PC, Deer Valley), and a quick drive to the grocery store. Would love to stay here again.

This is a really beautiful home, in a great location. You can't beat the views from the balcony. It's very spacious, and very clean. We had a great reunion with friends and family. I look forward to booking this house again.

Great Home & Location

We held our family reunion here and had a wonderful time! House is very clean well kept and supplied. Jonathan was super helpful and present if needed can’t say enough about this property you get what you pay for on this one. Great location to Salt Lake and downtown Park city and Heber city.

Perfect family home

We had such a great time at this home. It's hard to find a home that works for both adults and kids and the layout of this house is so perfect. The kids had a blast in the game room, and in the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! We really enjoyed our time in Park City and look forward to coming back again.
