Stayed at this property for wedding weekend. The space was very comfortable and functional for 7 adults and 1 child. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space but it was really nice. The host answered any communication very promptly.

This home is so comfortable with nice furnishings and set up well for multiple people. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and the back yard/hot tub was absolutely wonderful. I loved the location of the house in Cottonwood, close to downtown and Park City.Eva was such a great manager/host, very sweet and always responded quickly.You will not be disappointed if you rent this beautiful home.

The house was exactly what we needed as a base to head up into the mountains to ski. And the hot tub definitely helped unwind. Eva was an awesome host: very responsive and even gave us some tips on the best places to ski.

Great spot. House was awesome and it was well set up for a family. We enjoyed all the amenities. You can walk to the ski bus stop or it’s a 25 min drive to Alta/Snowbird.

The stay was very comfortable and the amenities and supplies were lovely. It was a perfect place for our family to gather and explore Salt Lake. I would highly recommend. The hot tub and badminton set were enjoyed.

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but still located very conveniently for all our activities. I would absolutely seek this home out again to stay in. Hospitality was top notch and questions were responded to quickly! I very highly recommend this home!

Very nice, recently remodeled house in Cottonwood Heights right off Fort Union Blvd. Minutes away from Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. 40 minutes to Park City and one hour to Snowbasin. Close to restaurants, grocery store, bagel shop and much more. House was clean and well appointed. Nice back yard with hot tub. Host was readily available to answer questions and offer recommendations.

Our host is very accommodating, the home is very well maintained, incredibly clean with high end updates. The backyard and patio is a wonderful bonus, so comfortable. The weather didn’t allow us to try the hot tub but it is huge. The hospitality is over the top, we would definitely stay again . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

We were in town for our daughter’s destination wedding and needed a property that would allow us to host family and friends and Eva’s house was exactly what we needed! We were looking for an updated beautiful home where we could take pictures of the bride and her bridesmaids preparing for the wedding. The house allowed for many areas to take such beautiful pictures. Not only did the house have enough bedrooms for the bridesmaids but the backyard was perfect for hosting guests both indoors & outdoors. There was plenty of seating outdoors for the adults and areas for the kids to play all set with the Wasatch mountains as a backdrop.The jacuzzi was an added bonus and much needed relaxation we enjoyed every evening after hosting friends and family.The house is close to many retail stores and the freeway which is another plus. A special shout out to Eva for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our daughter’s weekend celebration. She promptly replied to our questions and inquiries and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to rent a large beautiful home. We talked about a family ski trip to the nearby ski areas and staying here again!THANK YOU EVA for sharing your home and helping us celebrate our daughter and “new” son-in-law!

Eva went above and beyond for us on several occasions, turning a tough medical trip into a real vacation. She was very communicative beforehand and throughout our stay (we're usually not very high maintenance but had a few requests this time). We did see her around the property a bit (especially since there was a storm and some yard things needed fixing), but she was very unobtrusive and quiet. We had plenty of towels and kitchen accoutrements, ample parking, and for our small party, lots of beds to choose from! I personally appreciated the mix of firmnesses and foam vs spring options. The water pressure in the showers is a dream come true. The hot tub is new and sizable. The yard is ginormous. While we were just a family of three, could easily see hosting a small family reunion here. We didn't use the study as an office, but it's a great touch for a workcation. We loved having a clean laundry room so we could pack less and head home with clean clothes, too. The big windows facing the mountains were a real treat, even though I am lucky enough to have a mountain view at home. Makes it feel less like a house and more like a resort! Thanks Eva!
