Summary:

Discover ultimate relaxation at this charming home overlooking Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. This single-story home boasts 2,360 square-feet of upscale living space - crafted with vaulted ceilings, custom marble, and distressed hardwood floors.



Situated on a half-acre lot surrounded by lush gardens, enjoy private outdoor space including a fenced yard and a patio.



LIVING AREA



The grand living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted wood ceilings with gorgeous beams, a decorative river rock fireplace, hardwood floors, and brand-new furnishings.



The Space:

Sprawl out on two plush sofas and enjoy a movie on the 55 flat-screen TV. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.



KITCHEN & DINING



The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a butcher block kitchen island. Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.



BED & BATH



This home includes two bedrooms that sleep four total.



The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed, decorative fireplace, 43 TV with cable, and direct access to the outdoor space. The en-suite bath features a double vanity, walk-in closet, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.



The second bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and radiant floor heating. An additional bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.



OUTDOOR AREA



French doors in both the dining and master bedroom open to the spacious backyard with views of Lake Washington. The fenced-in outdoor space includes a beautiful patio with views of the surrounding garden landscape.

Conveniently located 8 minutes from the lake; rent boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards from Sail Sand Point. Take a guided cruise around the lake for some of the best vantage points of the city.



Cruise 20-minutes to downtown Seattle and explore the iconic Pike Place Market and waterfront pier. Sports aficionados can cheer on the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field or root for the Mariners at Safeco Field.

We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed our time in Washington. The home was comfortable, spacious, and gave us a great place to relax after long days of exploring the area.The house could use a few updates and some small repairs here and there, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. Overall, we were comfortable, appreciated the location, and had a positive experience. Thank you for hosting us!

House is lovely for 2 adults & a toddler. View is spectacular! Kitchen just basics & not even a big pot to boil water. Yard could use some cleaning up. Front entrance needs trimming & stickers growing everywhere in back yard.Many maintenance issues, but manager did a nice job of communicating & fixing as best as he could. Would stay there again.

Trouble getting in (problem with lock & code) but was able to talk to someone to help us get in. House was perfect for us. The garden and the water view was SOOOooo relaxing. I had my coffee and read my book out there every morning then had my wine at night. BEAUTIFUL!

10 out of 10. The house is exactly like the photos. When you wake up in the morning and see the view, you know you chose the right place. The host was quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Trip West for Brewer Game

This house was wonderful, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. We spent 3 night there during our yearly trip to follow the Brewers. A bonus this year was to see family also.

Seattle getaway

Property was as pictured and as described. Lovely views and plentry of space for entire family to relax. Close to all activities we wanted to do. Only hiccup we encountered was WiFi was glitching on television in the evening when we tried to watch a movie.
