On the ground floor, three inviting bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a king bedroom with its own ensuite, and access to a shared family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a sanctuary with a king bed, a deluxe ensuite featuring a steam room and bidet, and views of the landscaped back garden and moonah trees.

The heart of the home is its expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, seamlessly blending indoor-outdoor living against the backdrop of panoramic bay views. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and island bench with seating.

Open the large sliding doors onto the decked outdoor entertainment area which is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a heated spa, BBQ, outdoor dining table, sun lounge, and outdoor pop up TV, all offering bay views.

The landscaped garden provides a peaceful retreat with fruit trees, a vegetable patch for guest enjoyment, and a charming fire pit area equipped with a hidden bar fridge, sink, and outdoor chairs.
