Tucked away in a quiet court in Rosebud, Pool Side Palms Oasis is the ideal setting for a family holiday or a relaxed getaway with friends. Enjoy bright living spaces, a heated pool and spa, a private sauna, and gardens alive with birdlife that set the scene for a truly relaxing stay.

Two spacious living areas open through to the kitchen and dining, making it simple to gather for family time and shared meals. The main lounge features an open fire, split system, plenty of comfy couches, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats ten, perfect for long dinners together, while the kitchen is well-equipped with generous bench space, four stools for casual chats, an air fryer, a Breville espresso coffee machine, microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The billiard room sits just off the living area, with sliding doors that can be closed for games nights or opened up to flow out to the pool. The kitchen also opens directly to the pool area, while the dining room has sliding doors onto the undercover BBQ and alfresco.

The bedrooms are tucked away down a quiet corridor off the kitchen. Each bedroom has a split system for air conditioning and heating, and the family bathroom features a spa bath for winding down at the end of the day. A laundry with powder room, washing machine, and dryer is available.

Outdoors, there are plenty of options to gather, a covered alfresco with dining table and BBQ, a rotunda nestled amongst the gardens, and the sparkling pool and spa just steps away. The gardens include a small waterfall feature, visiting birdlife, and a golf practice tee, perfect for relaxing or a little practice swing.

Study: Small bunk bed (suitable for young children only; this room is located at the front of the house, separate from the other bedrooms)

Poolside Palms Oasis is ideally located for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. A short drive takes you to Tallarida Winery (2.3 km) for wine tasting, Hawkes Farm for fresh produce and family fun, and the stunning Cape Schanck. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy nearby courses, while Arthur’s Seat offers scenic views and bushwalks. Families will love the Enchanted Maze Garden, Peninsula Hot Springs. And for horse lovers, Boneo Park Equestrian Centre hosts equestrian events throughout the year. Of course, the region’s beautiful beaches are just minutes away.

Poolside Palms Oasis is made for relaxed holidays — kids in the pool, friends gathered around the table, and plenty of space to unwind at your own pace.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals.
