Let’s begin our tour with the outside amenities. You’ll really enjoy staying in the country with the sprinkling of beautiful trees skirting the lush yard. The kids will love the swing set and the whole group will be thrilled with the swimming pool (offered in summer). Of course, this gem of a home has the quintessential vacation item, a hot tub so you can begin or finish your day with some soothing jets while breathing in the fresh mountain air. No matter where you choose to relax you will be captivated by the stellar view!

The main level of this home leaves nothing to be desired, a dining room, a breakfast nook, a cook’s kitchen, a living room, an inviting sitting room with an alluring view, a master suite, and 3 more bedrooms all beautifully decorated with modern farmhouse flare! Your family and friends can enjoy time as a group with the open floor plan and find plenty of spaces for a little personal time too. 2 full bathrooms are located on this level and a half bath that’s accessible from the back patio close to the pool deck. Looking to spend some time indoors? Descend the staircase to the leisure room and cozy up on the leather sofa for a movie or to watch the big game. If you’re in the mood for friendly competition you can challenge a loved one to a game of foosball! You’ll find no shortage of recreational ideas without ever leaving this property.

If you do venture out you’ll find some delicious restaurants, quaint shopping, a great museum, and an antique mall all in nearby downtown Cashmere. There are many hiking trails and a riverfront walk winding along the banks of the mighty Wenatchee River too. Downtown Leavenworth is about a 30-minute drive for when you crave some tasty food out, want to explore shops or make a pit stop at one of the local breweries.  Enjoy the hustle and bustle of our busy area and you can drive back to this serene setting when you’re ready to relax! The notorious "Devil's Gulch" is close by for the skilled mountain bikers in the group who are here for some thrill-seeking adventures.

Please Note:

The pool is open and available May through September.

IMPORTANT: The pool is maintained but it is NOT HEATED. In summer when it is nice and warm, it is fun and refreshing. Consider this when booking.

The detached garage is not included with the rental and is off limits.

***Winter Guests***

While we do our very best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded at all times, winter conditions can change rapidly and make access both to and from challenging.

***We can`t stress this enough***

This driveway has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, 4WD/AWD vehicles with good traction tires are necessary. Chains are recommended for all and a must for 2WD vehicles.

Please be prepared and plan accordingly.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
