This rental was charming and comfortable! The location was great - close to everything. Tom gave us great advice on hikes, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our 3-day weekend visit to Leavenworth.

10/10 experience! Tom was very welcoming, the house came with everything we needed for our stay. We came to spend the Thanksgiving weekend to explore Leavenworth and this place was perfect for our little getaway. A 5 minute drive to town made travel super easy. Can’t recommend this enough and can’t wait to come back in the future!

Nice place with everything you need

Cute house with large yard. The hot tub is professionally maintained (a nice plus). Owner lives on site and was kind to check in to be sure we had everything we needed.

Winter Get-a-way

We arrived with a winter wonderland. Each day, the property was cleared of snow so we could come and go with safety. It was peaceful and quiet and the perfect relaxing place for us.

Great Family Environment!

We had the most lovely time as a family at this property. The property had 3+ feet of snow and the views were INCREDIBLE. The property was wonderful for activities with the little kids, hot tub for the adults and overall our experience was top notch. The host was communicative and over the top in ensuring our stay was the best! Thank you again!!

Perfect Leavenworth getaway

Wonderful studio!! Close to Leavenworth. Super clean and comfortable. My dog loved the backyard. I liked watching for wildlife. Hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! Will 100% book again.

Enjoyed and relaxed

My husband and I really enjoyed a week we spent in that cozy studio with spectacular mountans view. It is a right size for two, clean, warm, with everything we needed during our stay. Great location, on the one hand it's close to Front Str. of Leavenworth and so quite on the other. Tom is very nice and hospitable. Thank you for the opportunity to have such a wonderful vacation. I wish we could stay longer :)

40th Birthday Success

Our stay was very fun! The house was perfect. We loved the backyard, spent most of our time back there. Having the owner be there was kind of strange but he kept his distance and let us be. One of the reasons for booking was that the description said a close walk to downtown, the house was definitely not within walking distance. Wasn’t the end of the world just not always easy to find parking downtown. All in all we had a great stay! Would recommend to a friend.

Tom and Heather were excellent hosts! Very responsive to messages before and during the stay. Tom also gave us great recommendations for things to do around town. The space is as advertised and very clean. The kitchen has a mini fridge, microwave, crock pot and there’s a grill outside for cooking. Bed was super comfy. Hot tub was great. Would definitely rebook

Family gathering

This was a great place for our gathering of 5 households. It was so nice to be able to prepare meals and visit indoors and out. Our dogs were very happy running, playing and rolling in the cool green grass. Our hosts thought of everything:)

Beautiful place

We had a lovely visit; this was a perfect spot for our family and dogs. The yard was beautiful and had amazing views. The back deck had comfortable chairs and a big table; the outdoor hot tub was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens; the bath towels were thick and extra large. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The living area was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the GI Joe yoga guys our hosts were welcoming and gracious. The area has so much to offer with outdoor activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking and water sports. We look forward to returning again.

Great home just minutes from town

This is a nice home with a huge yard and great location just 5 minutes from downtown Leavenworth. It is on a shared lot with an apartment behind the garage that is occupied by the owner. Comfortable beds and furnishings, a warm wood stove, and a great space for kids and our dog to enjoy the snowfall.

Perfect place to stay in Leavenworth!

Fantastic house with plenty of room for a multi family gathering with 3 couples. We cooked many dinners in the well stocked kitchen that had more than enough utensils/pots/pans etc. Giant yard with views of the surrounding hills & mountains made for great backyard games and space for the dog to run. Tom was an excellent host who made sure our stay was top notch. Would certainly stay here whenever we find ourselves in Leavenworth again. Tom has connections with local mountain/river/town activities to keep you plenty busy with all that the Leavenworth area has to offer. Ask about going E-biking!

Great place for families

Property has a nice layout, open kitchen, a nice backyard and deck. TV with Streaming services was a big hit for downtime. There was a good collection of board games as well. Overall it was a fun place to stay. Tom was easy and quick to communicate with. We will come back again.

Seeking quiet for the 4th of July and FOUND IT!!

Our dogs hate the Fireworks. We came to Leavenworth and found them some quiet in this house. Great location, Tom the Owner and Host is pretty fabulous.
