- Livingroom has quality sofa bed that open up to a queen size bed (We charge a $50 flat fee for the use of sofa bed. Please let us know if you will use sofa bed upon booking, as we need to prepare extra bed linens.)

This apartment accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$50 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a sofa bed in the living room.
There will be an additional fee of $50 per stay for the 5th guest for the linen fees as well.
