From the moment you step inside, youâll appreciate the modern design and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. The space is designed to make you feel right at home, with plenty of room to relax and recharge. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether youâre preparing a home-cooked meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee, youâll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
The location is one of the apartmentâs best features â directly across from Southern Cross Station, youâll have easy access to the SkyBus airport express, making your airport transfers quick and convenient.
After a long day of sightseeing or meetings, you can unwind in the sauna or take in the views from the green sky garden and courtyard area on Level 6. For families traveling with children, thereâs even a kidsâ rock climbing wall and a play area on Level 6, offering a fun and safe space for the little ones to enjoy.
Bedding Configuration
Master Bedroom: One Double Bed (sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: One Double Bed (sleeps 2)
Living Area: Double Sofa Bed (sleeps 2)
This setup comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups.
As a guest, youâll have access to all the buildingâs amenities, including the 25-meter lap pool, sauna, fully equipped gym, sky garden, and childrenâs play area. The apartmentâs prime location offers easy access to the free city tram, so you can explore Melbourne without worrying about transport. Youâll also find plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions within walking distance.
Iâm available to assist with anything you need during business hours. After 8:00 pm, I may take a little longer to respond as I spend time with my family, but Iâll always have my phone nearby and will make sure your questions are answered promptly.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an ownerâs corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driverâs licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict âNo Party Policyâ imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
