The bottom floor consists of the first 2 bedrooms, both contain built in robes and wall heaters. The first room is a Queen and the second contains 2 singles. The single room also contains a small seating area. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor next to the bedrooms and contains a shower and bath combo and toilet. You will also find the laundry with washing machine next to the bathroom with the dryer located in the garage and available for your use during your stay.

Head upstairs to the master room with King bed, walk in robes, TV and wall heater. The second bathroom is an ensuite in the master with walk in shower and toilet.

The main section of the upstairs is the open plan kitchen and living room with split system. The kitchen contains everything you would need. The spacious living room boasts a large screen TV and floor to ceiling windows from where you can access the balcony with BBQ. Enjoy a evening glass of wine before you hit the town or settle yourself with a coffee in the morning and people watch!

The property has Unlimited Wifi and guests have access to the Quest Pool and the BBQ area, please note you will need your own beach/pool towels. Please adhere to the opening/closing times of the pool.

Across the road is the local library and It is only 50 meters from the main CBD Liebig Street Restaurants, Bars and shops. The local RSL is also just up the road with great food and views for an evening meal. If you want to immerse yourself in the history head the short walk to Flagstaff Hill maritime village which always has holiday activities going on. A little further on you will find beach access and the famous Lake Pertobe playground.
