Schnapper Lane, a two storey townhouse located in popular South Warrnambool, is the perfect stop for your next getaway. Close to beaches and town, it offers superior comfort and style. Just a short stroll from Warrnambool's beautiful beaches and Thunderpoint Coastal Reserve, itâs an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy a seaside holiday. Ground Level:
The ground level features a spacious open-plan kitchen with high-quality appliances, including double oven, microwave, electric cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. The expansive open living area seamlessly connects with the kitchen/dining area, providing both convenience and functionality for guests.
The outdoor patio with BBQ is perfect for entertaining guests on a warm evening.
The master bedroom, with double bed, boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite, which includes a shower and toilet.
The spacious laundry, which is off the kitchen has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.
There is also another toilet off the open plan area.
Level 1:
The upper level has two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own balcony offering glimpses of the nearby beach. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed and 1 set of bunks with double bed down the bottom. Built-in robes provide ample storage in both rooms, and a large full-size bathroom including a bath, ensures a luxurious experience for every guest.
TV's are located in all three bedrooms with access to Netflix and Foxtel.
There is a garage for guests to park their car in, along with free off street parking.
