Boasting four large bedrooms, this property provides ample space for families or groups to unwind. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep in serene surroundings. The master suite features a plush king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and private balcony access with breathtaking views.

| Spectacular Panoramic Views: Immerse yourself in 270-degree vistas of the Mornington Peninsula through our expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, designed to bring the natural beauty right into your living space.
| Gourmet Open-Plan Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances, perfect for preparing a delightful meal or entertaining guests.
| Luxurious Living Spaces: Unwind in the plush lounge area or gather around the spacious dining table for memorable meals.

3.â â According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, basketball courts, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4.â â No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5.â â Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms.
6.â â Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings.
7.â â No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8.â â Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9.â â No pets.
10.â â Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
11.â â The pool and spa equipment area is off limits. Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests.
12.â â A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
13. For security and guest safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property. These are only in outdoor areas and do not record inside the house or any private spaces.
