Great little bungalow

Location was great. Charming, clean, close walking distance to Belmont park. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Would stay there again

Easy checkin, great communication with owners, comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The location was perfect! We were able to park our car in the port and walk everywhere! Starbucks was just a short walk! Beach was a quick 5 minute walk! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect little beach house in between the beach and bay!

This cute little beach cottage was just perfect for us! It was clean upon arrival, and check-in was easy. Our kids loved hanging out on the front porch, and it was just steps to the bay. The toilet had some flushing issues, but I’m sure it has been fixed by now. Cindy was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends visiting Mission Beach!

Cute and Cozy

The property was very close to the beach, a few minutes walk! The grill, kitchen and bathrooms are awesome! The biggest negative is the apartment up above. In my experience, the first night the upstairs guests were very noisey and you can hear every step made. The room with the attached bathroom was cute and has two beds BUT the window was not secure and I was not comfortable with letting my step daughter sleep there alone. The steps to go upstairs are right above that window. The neighborhood has signs of disapproval of vacation rentals, so that was not a warm welcome. The check in process was very easy and the person(s) in communication were very nice. I would stay here again, only if I rent both top and bottom apartments. This rental offered only one parking space.

Cozy home near the beach and bay

Our arrival at the home went smoothly and we were all pleased with what we saw. There was plenty of room for the six of us. The house was equipped nicely, particularly the kitchen which had practically everything a cook needs. The two bathrooms are fairly small and could benefit having a couple of towel hooks and a shelf for shower supplies would be nice. Still we managed by taking our personal items back and forth from our bedrooms. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location for active vacation

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay in the downstairs property. The kitchen was well stocked, all the towels/linens were fresh and clean, and the patio was darling. The guests upstairs could definitely be heard from the back bedroom, but we expected some noise since we were in the middle of the Mission Bay vacation scene. If you use AT&T service for your electronics, the signal was weak, but a short walk to the Bay gave us reception when needed. Cindy was very responsive to our requests! Thank you for a great get-away!

This property was clean,airy,open and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

When we arrived there was a welcome gift on the table. That made all of us smile. It was a very nice gesture. The house was in good condition and was easy to navigate. We had a very nice time and enjoyed staying in this condo!

Felt so welcome

We loved our stay here! When we arrived they were just finishing up with the cleaning. They even had a welcome bag with some snacks and a bottle of wine. We met Cindy and she was wonderful. The location was great. Very close to Belmont park and the shops. All the beds were comfortable, the grill worked great and the kitchen was very well stocked. We've stayed at other places where there is only a couple glasses or no pots and pans. That wasn't the case here. It had everything we needed. It even had laundry soap, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely try to book here again.

Perfect Getaway Cottage in Great Location!

This beach house has been stylishly updated with fun beachy backsplash and open concept kitchen / dining/ living area. Very pretty with light and airy feel. 3 good-sized bedrooms are great for letting family spread out. Nice grill on side of kitchen along with extra beach chairs, and equipment. Perfect picnic table in front along quiet sidewalk, just steps from the bay. Upstairs unit had another family staying, but we did not hear them at all.. only met in passing outside. So, this unit is great for renting only the downstairs (3 bedrooms) and having privacy, OR for renting both upstairs and downstairs for larger family gatherings. Great location for easy walks to bay, ocean, Belmont Park, and the Mission Restaurant... and the cinnamon roll place. Great communication with owner. I would definitely rent this beauty of a beach house again!
