The Space:
The light and airy space comprises a bedroom with a comfortable King sized bed, a modern en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave and an under counter fridge, a dining room, a comfortable lounge with a smart TV (Free view), a desk and an air conditioner. A furnished private patio and gas barbecue. There is great quality WiFi should you want to work. Linens and towels are supplied. You have immediate access to the water

The Neighborhood:
This part of the street is situated directly on the Estuary with the green hill behind us.
There are only 6 houses that have this privilege and we are fortunate to be one of them.
Across the water is the Okura Bush Walk and the Okura Marine Reserve. It is quiet and peaceful.
The boat club is 50m away and we watch the kayakers, paddle boarders, sailboats, yachts and launches move up and down to the sea and back.
Karepiro bay, where dolphins often play, is visible about 200m away and gives access to the Hauraki Gulf with its many islands where fishing and sailing regattas

Getting Around:
You will need a car as there are many wonderful places to visit and sights to see. See my guidebook for great local tips.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is adjacent to the front door which leads upstairs. You may hear water running on occasion ie showers
There is on street parking for one vehicle 30m away.
This is a non smoking property
Our cars are parked in front of the unit
There is no fishing allowed anywhere along the marina - there is a fishing wharf which you pass on the left on your way to the address. Please clean all fish there too. Thank you and looking forward to welcoming you!

It only has a kitchenette - with a microwave. There are lovely restaurants close by and plenty of take away shops

The apartment is eco-friendly. It is on solar power and tank water so please be aware of your usage.
