C'est un endroit très spécial avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Loft rénové avec goût a une lumière incroyable, vue sur les toits de Boston, levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques. Idéal pour tous ceux qui ont besoin d'évasion. Une location de plage propre et moderne près de Boston. Marchez vers le train de banlieue, les boutiques et les restaurants.

Plafonds cathédrale, fenêtres du sol au plafond, éclairage encastré, planchers de bois franc, puits de lumière et baignoire à jets.

Location de vacances à 12 miles de Boston sur la côte nord, à proximité des villes historiques de Salem, Nahant et Marblehead.

Il y a une location de maison séparée qui est disponible à la location en plus du Loft. La maison est au premier et deuxième étage et dispose de 3 chambres / 4 salles de bains, une cuisine gastronomique, des terrasses donnant sur l'océan.

Pertinence:
Désolé, les enfants de moins de 7 ans ne conviennent pas à la maison à cause des escaliers et des rideaux qui pendent au sol à chaque fenêtre. Malheureusement, la maison n'est pas adaptée aux petits enfants.

The view is incredible and the house is lovely. The bathtub was a really beautiful and a much appreciated luxury. The fireplace was also a nice touch. It can be turned on without heat for ambiance. We really enjoyed the space. The photos are very accurate. Communication was poor, I asked about sugar for coffee and how to turn off the balcony lights, but no response. Neither was an emergency, but a response would have been appreciates. If you need anything for the kitchen, I advise bringing it. My biggest complaint was we were asked to take out the garbage on garbage night. We arrived Sunday, garbage day was Tuesday. My husband maintains a building for a living, so I felt badly that he felt obligated to take care of it. Kind of why we went on vacation, but it didn’t override our visit. If you don’t know the area, there is a lot of traffic. We visited during the off season, which is much better. Being on the top floor was really nice.

I did want to gently clarify one point: both questions about the sugar and the deck light were answered the same morning you asked. Your message came in at 11:18am and we replied at 11:33am on April 27th via email. I’m sorry if they weren’t easy to find! Regarding the garbage: I completely understand how that could feel like an imposition, especially on vacation, and I appreciate you sharing that feedback. Absolutely fabulous and worth every penny. Spotlessly clean with all the essentials to make coffee and breakfast to a full dinner and wine. We loved the porch, the tub and watching a scary movie. Exactly as presented. You must be able to go up stairs to the penthouse!! We loved it! The best food & ice cream 2 short blocks up the street. Ride the Lynn fairy to and from Boston. Go to Salem 25 minutes away. Great location.

This was my first time at an ocean front property. This experience has set the bar so high. Fabulous Loft for New Years

We very much enjoyed staying here for New Years weekend! The loft is beautiful and super cozy. The photos are great but it is even better in person. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to wind down in the evening or even set a relaxing tone for the morning. Also the shower head and water pressure is fabulous! We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Place!!

What a wonderful place to stay! It is close to everything. The place was immaculate. The view is amazing, we spent most of our evenings out on the balcony watching the moon rise, sunrises were beautiful as well. You are also within walking distance to many restaurants. The location is great. The Wonderland Station (Blue line - train/subway line) is a quick 6 mile drive. You then have access to Boston without driving your car. Thank you again for sharing your home. Best Honeymoon Spot

We were looking for a beautiful yet quiet and chill spot to spend our honeymoon week, and this place fit the bill perfectly. We spent so much time inside (with a few day trips to Salem and Boston), and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The view was breathtaking and the inside of the home itself was the perfect balance of modern and relaxing. Natasha was amazing at responding and helping us with any questions we’d had, and was always kind. We’d love to come here again at some point in the future!
