As clearly stated in our listing, the Jacuzzi hot tub is located in the master bathroom. An outdoor hot tub is not advertised. Like all our homes, this home includes a hair dryer for guests to share. Our home is a classic country house, and our listing accurately reflects that style rather than portraying it as a newly renovated or modern property. We include detailed photos and a thorough description so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. The back porch stairs were fully repaired on July 15, 2026, and the lawn is professionally maintained on a scheduled 10-day mowing cycle to keep the property looking its best. Regarding the hot tub, our listing clearly states “Master Bath Hot Tub” and “Hot Tub with Jets in Master Bath,” and includes multiple photos showing that this amenity is an indoor jetted soaking tub, not an outdoor spa. We want future guests to have an accurate understanding of exactly what is included. The driveway is located at the crest of a hill, which is simply a characteristic of our countryside setting. Like many rural properties, it requires a little extra care when entering and exiting, but this is a normal feature of the location. We understand that every guest has different preferences, but we strive to present our home accurately so guests can determine whether it’s the right fit before booking.

We’re glad to see the spaciousness of our home was noted, as that’s something many of our guests really enjoy. For future guests, cleanliness is extremely important to us. We did not receive any message at check-in or during the stay about any cleaning concerns, so we weren’t given the opportunity to step in and address anything in real time. We have a responsive local team and always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can make things right on the spot. Regarding the comment that several places “looked mid-remodel,” our home is not under renovation and there was no active remodeling taking place during this stay. We care deeply about presenting our home in its best condition and making sure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, complete, and welcoming.
