Welcome to Chilton Village at the prestigious Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, just moments from Cape Cod Bay. This light and bright first-floor condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat for your Cape getaway.

Enter at street level into an open, airy living space featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a comfortably furnished living room with TV and A/C. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, A/C, and a private full bathroom. A second full bathroom provides added convenience for guests.
Step outside through sliding doors in the living room to enjoy the private patio, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grillâperfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional amenities include WiFi, a washer and dryer, and two A/C units for added comfort.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
FREE ACTIVITIES
Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free ticketsâevery day of your stayâto top activities, including:
-Golfing
-Bike & Kayak Rentals
-Whale Watcher Cruise
-Round Trip Ticket to explore Martha Vineyard & Nantucket
