For those who prefer a leisurely stroll, Ellis Landing Beach is also within walking distance, offering breathtaking sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Additionally, this unit boasts an enviable location right in the heart of the magnificent Ocean Edge Golf Course, and for golf lovers, a 36-hole Captain’s public golf course is minutes from the condo's front door. A sliding glass door provides easy access to your shaded back patio, ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or enjoying a tranquil evening. Leave the heavy packing behind as you'll have your very own washer/dryer for added convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with central air-conditioning, and for those who need to work or stay connected, a desk and chair are provided for your laptops. Experience the Cape Cod lifestyle in style and comfort at this charming Ocean Edge condo, where relaxation, recreation, and exploration come together seamlessly. Additional activities such as fitness classes, tennis, bike rentals, kayaking, and paddleboarding are available for an extra fee. Things to Know To use Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club facilities, you must be sponsored by a Club Member. Passes cost $27/day for adults and $14/day for children ages 6–15, or $80/week for adults and $40/week for children. Kids under 6 are free. Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children’s activities. Complete details are provided on the reservation confirmation House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Would have given 5 stars for layout and decor but found considerable clutter in both bedrooms and kitchen.Master bedroom closet full of old decor and furniture -no space on closet shelves to put anything nor on closet floor. Chest of drawers full of linens which left no room for folded clothes, etc. Suitcases had to line walls.2nd br closet was totally fully of items. Son& Family unable to use. Had to put their clothes in dining room.Kitchen cupboard shelves had someones food boxes and bottles left in them and undersink cupbord filled to brim.Enjoyed large livingroom, local and parking.

The property was clean, the location was great, and the family room/living room was conducive to family activities. A few opportunities include: Entry: The long entry code made access difficult. Also, the front screen door bracket was broken. Heating/Cooling: The units should have come with some operating directions. We had a hard time getting the temperature correct.Kitchen: I grabbed a mug that had a sizeable chip on the rim; should have been discarded.Convenience: Many items were unplugged. Not sure why. I had to find outlets for and plug in at least six things.

Great weekend getaway

Great location in the resort. Thoughtfully furnished with small details which enhanced the enjoyment of the stay. Loved the board games as well as the med kit and flashlight which we fortunately did not need.

Quiet and clean condo

This is a nice condo in a quiet area that is a nice walk to the pool, courts and golf. There are basic appliances if you need to cook just bring your spices. Very nice to have laundry in the condo, so that was a plus. I recommend staying here.

Property is just as described. The kitchen was well supplied as far as dishes/pots/pans/coffee pot. Plenty of towels and bedding. Even the sofabed was comfortable (many are not). Location was good.

Door lock was a nightmare to open.

Once we got the door open the property was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The advertising of the property made us think we could play golf on the course “surrounding” the area but you needed to be a club member.

Beautiful Resort

It’s our second time staying at Ocean Edge. This condo was more modern than other property. Loved the floors and bed was comfortable. Wish master bedroom had a mirror over the dresser but the dresser was too high for that. Also, would have liked a full length mirror. Furniture was a bit large for the master bedroom. Also the sink in master bathroom was slow draining. Other than that it was a very nice condo and would recommend staying there.

Comfortable

Condo was more spacious than I anticipated. Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, however there were several stains on the chair slipcovers. I was disappointed that there was no screen on the patio door and the screen in the front storm door was severely damaged so we couldn’t leave either door open for fresh air. The kitchen cookware was greasy and all needed to be washed before I used them. These were all minor inconveniences however would have gone a long way toward making this property “perfect”. Loved the Oceans Edge location!

Quick get away ..

As advertised. Clean and adequately supplied. 3 issues: 1. The keyless entry needs adjusting … it wasn’t consistent in taking the codes… property mgt did respond (thank you for meeting me at the site) 2. Poor connectivity. This was never resolved by the property manager. I had spotty connection my entire stay. 3. Limited selection of streaming … suggest expanding to more channels like most other hosts offer. 4. I asked for an additional hour check out and was sent an invoice for $40 to which I turned down. Most hosts are more accommodating especially in off season. I did leave at 10am.
