Family Friendly Surfside Home—No Pets

Welcome to our Family Friendly home set back on Surfside Rd. With front and back yard with adirondack chairs around fire pit, lay back in the shade on the hammock. There is a large connect 4 yard game in the back yard too. Drive onto the shell driveway, located at the back of the house - which is located on Yompashham Lane (which is on a dead end st.). Then walk up the path to the specious deck with a deluxe grill, pottery barn table, chairs & umbrella (with lights). You'll enter through the slider door (Lock box is on the side of slider)... you then enter into the hallway (which the washer & dryer are located behind barn doors.) Walk down the hall to dining area.

The dining area which was recently updated with Lily & Serena Dining Room Table, Chairs & Baguette…The walls are hand painted/stenciled. New up/down blinds. Off to the left you walk into newly renovated kitchen, new appliances, floor, pottery barn dishes. The kitchen comes with spices & they’re replaced each season. The Cozy living room has 3 couches and a spacious table in the middle for all to use. If it’s a cool evening the electric fireplace works lovely. There is a Large LG TV on top of the fire, and there’s cable, or if you feel like watching a movie use DVD player.
Off the kitchen you'll find the first full bath, two bedrooms: which have: two twin beds and a queen in the master bedroom . The bedrooms have new hardwood floors and have been painted recently. The master bedroom was wallpaper with Serena & Lily (2024) along with new pottery barn furniture (Sept. 2024) The queen bed is beautifully decorated with Serena and Lily bedding.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are located off the living room and offer two queen size beds, newly decorated with: Pottery Barn Bedding, new hardwood flooring. A full bathroom is in between the to bedrooms, with the door in the hallway.
There is a property manager that lives above the garage, she also has a part time job & does not use the yard. If you have any problems, you would contact me and I would be in contact with her.
Also, we do have two ring camera’s (one is above the garage door and the other camera is on the shed) This is used for security purposes.
