Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Poolside on Martyn, featuring a resort-style pool just steps from your private balcony, along with alfresco dining, a private BBQ and ample seating. Located a 15-minute stroll from Cairns city centre, this home offers easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest. The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen provide all the creature comforts of home, while two bathrooms, split-system cooling and secure parking add to your convenience.
Set in a resort-style building, this apartment is built for tropical relaxation. A tiled open plan living area houses a sofa, which can be converted into a bed upon request, and extends to a private patio that opens up directly to the shared pool. Prepare your favourite dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ for a true Aussie feast, with the option to dine inside or out on the undercover patio.
Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, ensuring a restful stay. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom has two king singles. A second bathroom adds convenience for groups, while a dedicated laundry area is ideal for longer stays.
Secure basement parking is provided, and the apartment is situated within a gated complex with Wi-Fi included.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves with access to the shared swimming pool. Please make yourselves at home!
Located in Queenslandâs tropical north, the city of Cairns is a great base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Topics World Heritage Area. In Cairns town thereâs excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, itâs easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Donât miss Cairns institution Rustyâs Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the regionâs exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnbâs enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
