Feel yourself relax as you sip cocktails on your private balcony or watch the sunset along the malecon breathing in that fresh ocean air. Explore wonderful shops, eateries and snorkelling spots all within walking distance or book an ocean adventure. The sea is calling!

Casa Sea-Esta is a recently renovated 3 bedroom condo located in the popular gated complex of Las Ventanas, only one block from the malecon and sea wall. You will find a multitude of restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery and convenience stores. Being in the Centro district of Cozumel means you can walk to the main square, ferry pier and all amenities of the downtown area. If you choose to rent a car you will have your own secure parking space within the complex.
Las Ventanas is a friendly relaxing community with beautifully maintained gardens and mature palms that wave in the breeze. After a day of exploring, shopping or scuba diving you will find comfort in returning to your condo for an afternoon siesta. For those days where you just want to chill by the pool, you will find a large pool with lounge chairs and shady palapas that have fans and power. There is free wifi and a bathroom in the pool area for your convenience. Scuba divers will find a gear rinsing station and outdoor shower.

Very convenient and peaceful

The property was very clean and felt very safe. It was very quiet and was exactly what my family was looking for on our vacation. The communication with the manager and owner was quick and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and well stocked

This condo is spacious, immaculate, well stocked, and secure. The laundry room and gas oven made our stay especially enjoyable. withwasher, dryer and deep sink was helpful for our dive equipment.,

Beautiful property. The condo was beautifully decorated and bright. Very beachy!! The housekeeper did a wonderful job! Mariano was very responsive very accomodating

My husband and I are Canadians getting close to retirement. I love the outdoors and captain a women's dragon boat crew during the summer months in southern Ontario. I love photography and painting and plan to add more of my art to the condo over time. When in Cozumel we love to explore the local community, participate in cultural events and try the many different restaurants around the city. As an avid snorkeler and scuba diver I am happiest in the beautiful water surrounding this island. We are pleased to be able to share our little piece of paradise, Casa Sea-esta with you. We hope that your stay is truly enjoyable.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of the things we love about the Las Ventanas community is that it is a quiet and relaxing base to start out on your adventures around the island. So many of the restaurants, bars and businesses of the vibrant downtown are within walking distance. Some small beach clubs with snorkeling opportunities are also minutes away on foot. Being one block from the ocean means we can walk down to the malecon and enjoy beautiful Cozumel sunsets over the water every night. The complex itself offers a lush landscape and large pool and lounging area that is away from the crowds when you're ready to catch a few rays or chat with new friends.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our vacation home is bright, modern and well equipped. We've stayed here and believe it has all of the amenities you will need for a wonderful vacation. One of the things we really loved when we first saw this condo is its unique design where there are no units attached on any side, only above and below. This means you have windows you can open on four sides of the unit for a wonderful breeze.
We've noticed that not many people here have propane barbecues but this is something we definitely knew we wanted. I also love that there is filtered water in the kitchen and on the fridge. The smart tvs are great for evenings where you just want to watch your Netflix favourites.
