Great place for family getaway

Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach made this location perfect for our family with 2 small children. The 2 full bathrooms are in the 2 main bedroom suites which was the only drawback. Kitchen was well equiped and property was very clean and neat.

Pros:- proximity to beach (3 min walk!)- pool (stayed cool even in August)- extremely comfy beds and pillows- nice open spaces and good-sized bedrooms (also 2 kings, hard to find)- guest services communication was very friendly- no toxic/chemical scents used for laundry or cleaning (so nice for chemically sensitive people!)Cons:- sleep temp is way too warm for summer in FMB (and comforters are very heavy)- water pressure is quite weak- there was dog hair on couches/couch pillows and pool furniture (but otherwise house was spotless)- couches are worn and uncomfortable- the code for the door was not extended for our pre-purchased late checkout, so we were locked out of the house

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Management responded quickly to issue with the pool. I highly recommend staying here. Do be aware that there is is a lot of construction going on in the area due to the rebuilding after the hurricane.

The house was beautiful and we loved how close to the beach it was.Well equipped and the decor was beautiful too.Unfortunately the issues of the washer (not working due to low flow) and the heating of the pool (not working) that we promptly informed and were not addressed was a disappointment.

Pleasant beach home

We a family of six stayed for a week ! The home was wonderful ! Very clean and comfortable. The pool heater was not warming the pool but was quickly remedied by the pool company

House and location were excellent. Pool heater doesn’t work. Would have been a 5 star place if we were able to use the pool.

Awesome 2024 vacation

The property was in excellent condition just one month after 2 hurricanes. Property is just like pictures. We even had a view of the Gulf from the balcony. Less than 1 block walk to beach. Thank you for making our family vacation comfortable and enjoyable.

The house is amazing with a great location. There was only one thing that we did not like, the trash cans were completely full and they should have been like that for days because of the smell and the worms.Besides that issues everything else was great, very clean, beautiful house and good location.

Steps From The Ocean

Everything about this home was delightful. The space was very well laid out and we all enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would recommend is that you add a few hand towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Also, it would’ve been nice to have had privacy or blackout blinds in the far master bedroom at the patio door. In addition, when we had asked about chairs or beach supplies, we were told there were none and it turned out there were plenty, but in the meantime we had paid for renting our own.

Home away from home

This property was a dream from start to finish. Early check in was easy, communication was great and quick with property manager. Location was so close to the beach. The home was new and clean and fresh and bright. Beds were comfortable, they provided so many towels and bedding and toiletries. The grocery store was so close. The pool was great. The property as a whole was fantastic. My kids, my older mother, and myself couldn't rave enough about the property. We will be staying here every time we return. My kids said it best, it feels like home. All we can ask for!

The house was as pictured, very clean and neat. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Each bathroom was stocked with the essentials. Kitchen fully stocked. The house was very comfortable and in a great location, just steps away from the beach. The pool is clean and relaxing. Communication with the host was great! The only negative thing is the AC is programmed so the temperature goes up during the night, this was a little uncomfortable at times. I would highly recommend this home and I would stay there again!

Only major thing wrong with the stay was the toaster had some loose metal in it, and we could only use one side of the toaster. I had asked for a early check in, at 2pm instead of 4. I messaged the host to inquire how i get access, but was only able to get access at 330. I called the phone number multiple times, and took over an hour to get ahold of someone.
