Guests have full use of the home and its amenities. The only exception is a private, self-contained basement suite where we (the owners) reside. Your privacy is fully respected, with no impact to your enjoyment of the home or backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Septic System This home operates on a septic system with a maximum occupancy limit. Guest count must not exceed your confirmed reservation. To prevent system overload, the freestanding tub in the primary bathroom is not available. All bathrooms are equipped with fully functional walk-in showers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Den / Office Bedroom The den is not a traditional bedroom but offers a cozy, private space. It includes two beds that can be combined into a king. While fitted with blinds, some natural light filters in from the skylights.
Family Room / Additional Sleeping The family room is an open-concept space located next to the kitchen. A queen folding bed is set up here only for bookings with 9–10 guests. For groups of 8 or fewer, this bed is not provided unless separate beds are required for each guest; in that case, the home can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.
Extra Guest Fee • The base rate includes up to 8 guests • Additional guests (9–10) are charged at $100 per person, per night, keeping pricing fair for smaller groups • If your booking includes more than 8 guests, the platform automatically applies the additional fee—no action needed • If your guest count changes after booking, please update your reservation or contact us so we can adjust it accordingly • Extra beds and linens are provided only for confirmed guest counts
Child Safety The home is not childproof. Guests traveling with children are asked to supervise them closely, particularly around stairways and around the pool/hot tub/viewing deck.
Ceiling Fans Due to the vaulted ceilings, we recommend keeping ceiling fans running to maintain optimal air circulation and comfort.
Owner’s Pets Two friendly dogs may occasionally be present in the unfenced front yard across from the parking area. You might meet them when coming or going—please let us know if that is a concern.
Harvest Season We are in beautiful South East Kelowna, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. During harvest season, you will hear some low-level bird deterrent sounds - a common agricultural practice in the area: • Cherries: typically June • Grape: typically September
Pool / Hot Tub Maintenance To keep the pool clean and the hot tub water properly balanced, we provide daily opening (before 10am) and closing (by 10pm) of the pool cover, along with checking the hot tub as needed. We keep this as quick (under 5 mins) and unobtrusive as possible and will always respect your privacy. In May and September/October the pool cover is closed by 9 pm or after sundown.

HOUSE RULES:
Family-Friendly Environment: Our home is intended for relaxed, family-friendly stays. Parties and events are not permitted. Infants and young children who are not yet potty trained must wear swim diapers at all times while using the pool. These should be changed frequently especially during extended periods of swimming.
Bachelor and Bachelorette Groups: Decorations are allowed, but please no confetti, glitter, or similar items, and all décor must be removed before checkout. Please note that third-party entertainment services (such as butlers, promo staff, or party hosts) are not permitted. Any other service providers (including chefs, vendors, or decorators) must be approved in advance of your stay.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We kindly ask that outdoor noise and voices be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
Registered Guests Only: Please ensure that all overnight guests are included in your reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval, and additional charges will apply if this policy is not followed.
Outdoor Clean-Up After Meals: Please ensure all food scraps and spills are fully cleaned from outdoor tables and the surrounding ground after meals. This helps prevent attracting insects and wildlife.
Kitchen Care: Please wash, dry, and put away any dishes or kitchen items after use. Avoid placing hot pots or dishes directly on countertops—use appropriate protection. Clean up any spills promptly, especially those that may stain surfaces. Thank you!
Street-Facing Balcony: This space is intended for quiet relaxation. To be mindful of the neighborhood, we ask that low noise levels be maintained here at all times.
Outdoor Cameras: For safety, security, and insurance purposes, exterior cameras are in place.

What an amazing property, and owned by some very kind people. We came to celebrate my SIL getting married and had a wonderful time using the facilities here. The pool was so warm and inviting and we enjoyed the hot tub every night! The view is amazing.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Very clean inside and out! The yard is beautiful plus the pool and hot tub were a bonus!! Not to mention the hosts are very friendly and made sure to make us feel at home! Will definitely be coming back here!

We had an amazing time! Property is exactly as pictured and very clean! Rochelle was very quick to answer any questions we had and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect- very close to everything! Would stay here again !

Amazing place to stay
This was a beautiful and amazing place to stay!! We stayed here for a girlfriend’s bachelorette, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful accommodation, quiet, so clean and had everything we needed. The outside patio/pool area was everything we could have asked for! So peaceful, private and relaxing. The host is also wonderful, she was super reliable, accommodating and easy to talk to and get a hold of! Only 10 minutes drive from everything you need. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Girls weekend
This property was very clean including the pool. The host was very responsive to our needs and left snacks and beverages for us to enjoy. We rented both suites which worked well for our larger group with some older and some younger girls. We loved the pool which had floaties and shade areas when it got too warm. The location was 8-15 minutes from so many activities and food options. We loved our stay.

Beautiful oasis in East Kelowna
We have a wonderful stay! A group of 7 of us gals got together for an extended long weekend. We rented both suites and had plenty of room for 7 adults. Rochelle was so thoughtful and had reached out prior to our arrival to ask how we would like the beds configured. Everything was very clean. The kitchens in both suites were well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.The pool and hot tub area in the backyard were a perfect spot to start the day sipping coffee or relax in the evening. We rented two cars and there was plenty of parking for both. I would highly recommend the property for anyone wanting to stay in East Kelowna. The suites are beautiful, as is the community and proximity to downtown and amenities can’t be beat.Thanks for a wonderful stay!
