Entry is through a keyless front door with a custom code shared before arrival, which makes self check in simple for groups arriving at different times. You can park multiple vehicles in the driveway, subject to house rules & local bylaws. The private pool, patio, BBQ & outdoor seating are all for your group only.

The main level is home to 2 spacious and bright bedrooms. The lower level is ideal for older children, providing a little more privacy with its own kitchen for grabbing snacks or refilling drinks, 1 additional bedroom and a relaxing sitting area for gathering together around a good movie are also on this level. Unwind on the expansive patio and enjoy a beverage at the bar overlooking the pool while the kids float and swim below. Patio string lights add a warm glow and relaxing ambience in the evening.

On the main floor, you will find a king bedroom & a queen bedroom, set up with soft linens & simple decor so you can unpack & relax right away. The outdoor pool is seasonal & not heated, so water temperatures depend on weather & time of year. For safety, glass is not recommended around the pool area. The home has stairs between levels, which may not be suitable for all guests. Coin or paid laundry facilities are not required here since you have in house machines.
Parking is primarily in the driveway, with capacity based on vehicle size & local rules. Any additional parking on the street is subject to city regulations & availability. There are no additional shared resort facilities at this property, which means the pool & yard stay private to your group.
