This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, upper unit with an ocean view and 2 balconies is located just one house from the beach. This upper unit rental has a huge balcony with terrific ocean and beach views and is just steps away from one of the best beaches in Newport.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must be 26 or older to book

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

The beach is pristine and easy to get to and from. Oh and the shopping and dining, my girls loved spending their money in Newport Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family has been taking Family vacations in Newport for many years, although we haven't been in about 12 years. I was very pleased with Burr White and the condition of the property. I was a little disappointed with a few of the longtime residents. I understand the inconvenience that all the visitors can bring but being rude to visitors who are respectful and courteous to them is uncalled for One crochy old lady was so rude to us she made my Grandkids cry for really no reason, later I heard her yelling at the cable company on the phone,I just chalked it up as she is just unhappy,.The Balboa Fun Zone is rundown and needs a refresh.Beach was GreatIt was a nice time and we will be backk again.

close to beach and what was expected

This unit is close to beach and exactly what we wanted. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is average to small. The living space is a good size. This is a no frills beach unit. The furniture is sparce and older. It was perfect for us because we had 2 grandkids staying there and didn't need to worry about breaking anything. There are tile floors throughout. The unit was clean, but you can't help but get sand in the unit if you go to the beach - which is why we were there. The tile has some chips in several places and this causes you to sometimes think it is still dirty after you clean/sweep it but it is not. The unit is definitely outdated, but we were there to stay by the beach. If you want to be pampered, then spend the extra money. It is a good unit and great shower water pressure. We loved that. The beds were firm and comfortable enough. It was a good solid unit with plenty of kitchen cooking items. Only one tv. but overall, we had a great time there.

Small bath is ridiculous felt like floor was falling in, large bath was filthy. This place didn’t even have a broom to sweep with. Would not rd come d this house, even outdoor faucets were broken. Definitely not worth the money.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve always enjoyed staying at the beach and have rented through Burr White several times. This particular rental needs a lot of TLC. It was disappointing how out dated the place was. There were simple everyday items missing in the kitchen, ants were an issue within an hour of being there, and we had some issues with the TV. We would NEVER consider renting this particular unit again :(. FYI...I did turn in a written review with the keys-was that not seen???

I have rented this location at least ten times.Love the proxcimity to town and sand.I submitted my problems to management and they were solved. I met with the owner who said that poor tenants were in for the school year and trashed the place. she was sorry that it was dirty. Enough said . god willing I will be back next yr
