The home was well stocked and included a basket of beach towels and toys for the beach for kids. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. The property is in a very nice neighborhood a very short walk to the beach and old 98. You will enjoy the walk or use the included LSV to drive it for scenic views. The host was very nice and did a thorough job on check-in process. He also is located close and has a hands-on approach you don't normally get. This is definitely a return destination.

This is the second time I have stayed at Bill's house. I do enjoy the home. we love to have both Jacuzzi and the pool. The beach is very close. we do like the convince of the golf cart available, with the amount of people that home hold a bigger golf cart would be a sweet to have as we did have to do 2 trips every time,but this wasn't bad. overall the home is great, Bill is always attentive if you need anything but usually we tried not to bother the owners. Bill even gave a tour around the house and always around the area where to park golf cart, the beach access gates and such. we always enjoy staying here. As for the host the only thing I can recommend is maybe adding some spare comforters extra in the closets in the event guest are more colder then usual or just like extra blankets. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bills house. The location was great. We used the golf cart daily to go restaurants, stores and the beach. Everything we needed was there or he was willing to bring it to us. The only downfall was the hot tub broke the first day we got there so we could not use it our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great Vacation

Our family stayed here and we had the best time. The house is large enough for a family (we had 6 adults and 3 children) and has everything possibly needed for a great time. The golf cart is an added bonus and was great for traveling to and from the beach and riding around town!

Family Fun All Day

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Comfort. The home is in a perfect location and has a lot of Great amenities. Spacious home, has everything you need and more! The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. We had an amazing time and hope to come back!

Perfect getaway home!! Very spacious, we had a group of 10 (all different ages) & it was perfect for everyone! Plenty of amenities & ideal location! Bill was the greatest host, he even gave us a tour on the complimentary golf cart when we first arrived. The private beach with chairs & an umbrella were very useful & we loved the beach there. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We went here for our honeymoon and oh my it was soo beautiful and so clean. The hot tub was amazing, the walk-in shower was great and the bathtub also. Bill was awesome! Really want to go back soon!
