INTERIOR SPACE

This two-level condo features a welcoming entrance and a one-car garage on the first floor. The top of the staircase leads to a spacious living room, open kitchen, and dining area, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen includes a large patio with a fire table and seating for four, offering beautiful north views. The living room has ample seating with large sofas and a 65-inch SmartTV. The kitchen island is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, and the indoor dining table can seat six. The kitchen is fully stocked to create delicious meals. The sleeping quarters, built-in work area, and bathrooms are located down the hall. The property also includes a one-car garage for guests and a laundry room with a standard-size washer and dryer.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a patio for plenty of natural light. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities with ample counter space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a 32-inch Smart TV. The second guest bedroom has a twin bed and a workspace, making it a versatile room. Both guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The gated community of Brava features two community pools, the closest pool and spa are located within 200 feet, two spas, and a small workout room in the clubhouse. It is great for short walks. Guest parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot.

RULES

The property requires a 30-night minimum rental. The minimum age for this property is 25. There is no smoking and no parties. For the Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
