A super convenient bath/shower to the guest bedroom has been added, perfect for visiting family and guests. Freshly painted interior (and exterior) in bold southwest designer colors. Recently installed wood flooring in the living room and both bedrooms has added both warmth and charm. A handy tank-less water heater provides hot water on demand.
