Tucked away in a quiet corner of Rockaway Beach, Cozy Coastal Cabin is the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and seaside adventure. Just three short blocks from the sandy shoreline, you can easily stroll to the beach for morning walks, sunset views, and everything the Oregon Coast is known for—then return to your own private escape.



Inside, nearly everything has been newly updated. The furnishings and décor have been thoughtfully curated to create that ideal mix of relaxed coastal charm and modern comfort. Light-filled living spaces invite you to unwind after a day by the ocean, whether you're curling up with a good book, enjoying a movie night, or gathering around for conversation and laughter.



The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach to a cozy dinner shared with family and friends. Every detail throughout the home has been chosen to make your stay both comfortable and memorable.

★ Hot tub *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $100 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **



We’re excited to host you and hope your stay is full of fun and great memories. To keep things peaceful for our wonderful neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, please stay indoors with windows and doors closed, and keep noise at a comfortable indoor level. The home includes a noise‑monitoring system that measures volume only—it simply helps us ensure the neighborhood stays calm and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks for helping us keep this a welcoming place for all guests.

My best friend came to visit me for a girls weekend and the property was perfect for us! We had a blast exploring town and surrounding beaches with a cozy place to return to each day!

Nice clean property, very cozy, well stocked up has nice Weber grill, not too big perfect for company of 5, 2 adults 3 kids good resting we loved the jacuzzi, short walking distance to beach restaurants ice cream place. Would definitely recommend the stay won’t regret.

Great getaway

We spent a great time celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary at this beautifully renovated and completely updated cottage just two blocks from the beach. It is tastefully and peacefully decorated with space for dining and playing games. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. Great deck and covered hot tub. Definitely a place we would return to again and again.

Cozy indeed!

We visited the cozy coastal cabin in January and had a wonderful warm, dry winter day! The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 - our 1 year old and 4 year old loved the hot tub and playing in the loft. Being walking distance from the beach is amazing. It’s also far enough from the main highway 101 which makes for a quiet place to hang out. We will certainly be back!

Cozy cabin was beautiful! The cabin had everything we needed and more. Quiet location felt private. Loved the hot tub! back deck, and fire pit were nice and secluded. We had our fires on the beach instead. Nice bbq but we didn’t use it. We left out luggage downstairs near the bathroom instead of trying to get them up the spiral stair case. I brought hangers and hung my clothes on the coat rack. The kitchen is small but VERY well equipped. Dishwasher was handy. Washer and dryer were nice and quiet. Our teenage boys slept in the cubbies. Air conditioner was nice but we didn’t need it. The whole house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Felt new! Great location- very short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The ad says it sleeps 6, but I would say 4-5. The weather was beautiful so we really only slept and showered at the house. We loved it!

Cozy & Private

My family adored this cabin. It was perfect for my husband and I, with our young children. The cubby beds even had fans and lights to make the room feel comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was well prepped with nearly every basic (olive oil, plenty of salt and pepper and coffee) and utensil. Plenty of towels. Very HOT hot tub. Fire pit is excellent and the whole setup just works really well. It was incredibly private on the patio. We didn’t have a working dishwasher but we knew that going in, there were zero unpleasant surprises. Communication with iTrip was so easy as almost all of it was through email or text but when I called to clarify some details I was immediately connected with someone from the company. We chatted, they were pleasant and I am so confident we will return. This beach is perfect. The town is quiet and everything was well set up!

The property was exactly as described and pictured and was lovely and very clean! Very thoughtful decorations and touches inside and comfortable! The bath towels are amazing! And they provided separate towels for the hot tub. Great for the range of kids I had with me from 6 to 17 and they loved the cubby beds and thoughtful touches inside those bed areas with lamps and fans on a nice shelf! Great lighting throughout the house with dimmers which is great. Perfect porches and fire pit areas. Wonderful communication and so helpful!! Really beautiful kitchen and the fridge actually held quite a bit for being a compact size! Very easy quick walk across the highway to the beach so that was great and also super close walk to the beginning of all the shops and eateries which is so nice. My teenagers liked being so close to "downtown"! Hot tub was so nice to be under cover while it rained often! This is the only house my youngest wants to stay in from now on he said and I would definitely rent this house again in the future when it's just a small group, it's truly a great place and beautiful!! Thank you so much!
