Tucked away in a quiet corner of Rockaway Beach, Cozy Coastal Cabin is the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and seaside adventure. Just three short blocks from the sandy shoreline, you can easily stroll to the beach for morning walks, sunset views, and everything the Oregon Coast is known for—then return to your own private escape.



Inside, nearly everything has been newly updated. The furnishings and décor have been thoughtfully curated to create that ideal mix of relaxed coastal charm and modern comfort. Light-filled living spaces invite you to unwind after a day by the ocean, whether you're curling up with a good book, enjoying a movie night, or gathering around for conversation and laughter.



The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach to a cozy dinner shared with family and friends. Every detail throughout the home has been chosen to make your stay both comfortable and memorable.



Step outside and discover one of the highlights of the property—the private hot tub. Start your morning soaking in the fresh coastal air or end your day under the stars, listening to the distant sound of waves. It’s the perfect way to relax and recharge.

This is not a pet friendly home.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
