Cameras 1 and 2 are both located on the garage facing opposite sides of the driveway, camera 3 is located by the side entrance facing the walkway, camera 4 is located in the fenced area facing the west side of the house, and camera 5 is located on a post in the backyard facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected

- NOTE: The EV charger is a J1772 type with 11 kW max charging output. It is compatible with all electric and PHEV, but Tesla vehicles will need to bring their own adapters

- NOTE: There is a vacant lot adjacent to the property on the east side. For safety and legal reasons, guests must avoid entering the lot, as it is private property, and unauthorized access would constitute trespassing

ADDITIONAL PET RULES:
- Pick up all outdoor waste. Pet waste must be disposed of in black garbage cans located outside at the end of the entrance pathway
- Please only use the provided pet towels for your pets (COMPLETELY different colors than guest towels). These are located in the BLUE cupboard above the laundry sink, and are labeled for pets. The dark gray towels are only to be used for guests
- Wash pet towels separately — do NOT mix with guest towels
- Do NOT wash pet-soiled towels in the washer/dryer
- No pets on furniture, indoor bedding, or outdoor furniture
- No pets in spa/hot tub
- No pets on deck (surface may scratch and can be slippery)
- No pets in private/locked areas
- No guest dishes/pots/pans for pet food/water
- Pets should not be left unattended unless calm/crated
- Indoor accidents (pee/poop/vomit) must be reported immediately, with the exact location, to help with post-stay cleaning
- Basic cleaning products are located in the BLUE cupboard above the laundry sink, labeled for pets
- Yucca Valley has desert wildlife — supervise dogs outdoors at all times and keep doors closed at all times to prevent wildlife from wandering in
- Owner not responsible for injury, wildlife encounters, or pet damages
