Situated amongst Red Hill's picturesque vineyards and directly opposite Avani Wines, this sprawling estate offers the perfect location to sample the region's cellar doors and plenty of space for travelling groups with a main house and self-contained cottage. Several fireplaces keep things cosy in the cooler months, while alfresco dining, barbeques, and backyard games encourage time outdoors. Cook meals in two gourmet kitchens and enjoy the convenience of dual laundries—ideal for longer stays.
Wedged between an abundance of wineries and Mornington Peninsula's stretch of back beaches, Red Hill offers the perfect location to experience all the area has to offer. Comprised of a main house and separate, self-contained cottage, the entire property is surrounded by blooming gardens and highlights peaceful countryside vistas.

The main house offers plenty of space for families, with dual living areas offering fireplaces, TVs and split-system cooling to keep you comfortable no matter the season. A lovely country kitchen is kitted out with modern appliances, ample bench space and a breakfast bar with seating. Come together for meals at the dining table or head outside for an alfresco dining experience—with a BBQ for summer cook-ups. A basketball hoop provides hours of fun for the children, with plenty of lawn space to play or picnic in the sun.

Three bedrooms in the main house sleep up to six guests, comprising two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request for added flexibility. Each room is fitted with split-system heating and cooling. Additionally, the modern bathroom is perfect for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach and features a stylish walk-in shower along with a floating vanity.

The standalone cottage is just as beautifully presented as the main house, with pitched ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and chic furnishings. Cosy up in the open plan living area, lighting up the fireplace for added warmth. Please be aware that the cottage does not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans for ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped, with seating at the breakfast bar and front porch. Sip your morning coffee outside while soaking up the crisp country air. The bedroom is fresh with a calming colour palette, queen bed and ample storage space. Freshen up in the attached ensuite before hopping into bed.

Laundry facilities in the main house and cottage make it easy to catch up on washing throughout your stay. Ample parking is provided in the driveway.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home and cottage to yourselves. They are metres from each other, offering easy access between the two via a paved pathway. Please make yourselves at home!

You’ll have an array of nearby wineries to choose from, with Polperro Wines as well as Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Winery within a few minutes’ drive. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is a 15-minute drive, as is beautiful Dromana Beach where you can swim, picnic and make use of BBQ facilities.
