This spacious and light filled home offers 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ensuite in main bedroom. Open plan living, dining and kitchen with modern appliances. Private reading/work space upstairs. Home has secure locked up garage and off street parking. This new townhouse is walking distance to Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre and other amenities. Bus to Melbourne CBD, Northland and Latrobe University is just right at door step. Hosts live close by and accessible when needed. Downstairs is a powder room and spacious airy modern living, dining and kitchen with walk-in pantry. The living area overlooks the lush courtyard.
Upstairs comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom with BIR and ensuite is at the front with balcony facing the main street.
Adjoining the master bedroom is a private reading/retreat area.
Down the hallway there are two more bedrooms each has a double bed. The two bedrooms are to either side of main bathroom which has a shower and bath tub where you can unwind after a long day out.
All areas have reverse cycle split systems for your comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house
Beautiful property!! We enjoyed our stay!
If i was to make a suggestion, maybe some sort of bedding down stairs( e.g sofa bed)
As for elderly, it was a bit of a struggle going up and down stairs to bedroom..
But it was a beautiful presented place to stay.
Three adult couples stayed at Thornbury Place for 3 nights. All of us had a comfortable double bed, a functional kitchen and a decent lounge to relax. Parking for two cars offroad was a particular bonus.The location allowed us to Uber in for 40 to 50 for the 6 of us. We made good use of quality cafes within a 5 minute walk and restaurants a close drive away.Thanks Quoc & Quye
