Heritage property with a mid century modern twist centrally located between Clifton Hill and Collingwood. This spacious and stylish place is perfect for group trips and families. The property has itâs own private backyard with enough space to park a car as well as to dine and relax. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and pubs as well as the life style premise of Fitzroy and Collingwood.
Please note: The property is a heritage listed victorian property which we converted to a modern standard. It is on a busy intersection between Alexandra Parade and Wellington St between Collingwood and Fitzroy. There will be some traffic noise on the outside of the property. However as we have sound proofed windows, noise is barely noticeable in the property. Rooms are upstairs via an easy flight of steps. There is a large living room connected to a kitchen and bathroom which leads outside to the backyard. There is also plenty of parking outside the property with unlimited parking in the front and 4 hour parking on the side streets.
