- Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera located on the front porch facing the driveway. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video when activated by motion
- The fireplaces are decorative and not for guest use
- The lawn will be serviced every other Wednesday. The pool will be treated every other Monday
- No jumping, diving, or climbing on the water feature by the pool
- There are seasonal caterpillars in the region and there may be caterpillars in the yard during the spring and summertime
- The seasonal pool is not available from November through February
