Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the condo and our communication. We’re glad to hear the property met your needs and that you found us pleasant and accommodating. Regarding the bathroom ceiling, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. A long-term guest had just checked out prior to your arrival, and we had already treated the small area as a precaution. Unfortunately, since it was the weekend, we were unable to have a contractor come out immediately, but it is being addressed. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously and appreciate you letting us know so we can ensure it is fully resolved. Thank you again for staying with us. Best Regards, Valarie and Jason

Hi Ted and Maryann, thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review. We always strive to deliver 5-star experiences, so we were surprised by the 3-star rating since the only issue we were aware of was the remote batteries, which we promptly replaced. Feedback is very important to us, and without additional comments it’s difficult to know how we could have improved — especially as you seemed pleased when we were there. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Best Regards, Valarie iTrip Palm Coast Flagler Beach
