​Enjoy a perfect escape at this European Village Top Floor unit, ideal for quick getaways or snowbirds seeking warmth. This unit offers a prime location with a short walk to the waterway and a quick 5-minute drive to the beach.

This fully furnished unit boasts a modern, full-size kitchen with all the essentials including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, crockpot, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils.

Enjoy dining in with seating for 4 at the bar or table for 4 in the living room, which can also convert to a desk.

The comfortable living space features a smart TV with basic cable, pull-out queen-size sofa, and futon, accommodating up to 5 guests. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, ample dresser space, smart TV with basic cable, luggage rack, and closet. The primary bathroom features a roman-style tub/shower and dual vanities.

Loved the well stocked kitchen as we do a lot cooking. The location was also just where we needed to be. The shops and restaurants on the lower level were nice especially Mezaluna, their pizza and desserts are very good! The host checked in a day after we got there and was very responsive to communications.

Excellent place

Just as described! The place was perfect for our stay. It was close to so many things! The renter even reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that the place was up to par! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo

This condo was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. The walkway along the inter coastal was beautiful and right across the street. The property manager was very responsive.

Golf Trip

We loved the location of the due to its proximity to golf courses and the beach.The actual property was somewhat rundown. The buildings were faded and needed a makeover. The water feature in the courtyard no longer worked and appeared in disrepair.

Thank you for your review. The building was repainted a few years ago. European Village is gradually revitalizing its grounds to maintain its charming, weathered European look. The village features a variety of shops, restaurants, yoga studio, a salon/barber, as well as a farmers market every Sunday and live music on weekends—all of which make it an enjoyable destination for visitors.

European Village

Very spacious, clean, nice amenities. A couple more steps involved in booking versus a traditional hotel room but the property manager was very good at communicating and extremely helpful and friendly. Friday and Saturday nights get a little loud outside with the live music but it was over by 10pm both nights.

Amazing place

This apartment was clean and quiet. It’s in the corner of the building in European Village. There is always something going on in the court yard there with the many restaurants down stairs. However if I closed the door to the patio, it was so private, and I couldn’t hear anything. I Well kept and I would definitely utilize it again.

Great facility but a little disappointed with European Village. Empty stores and limited restaurants. We made do!!

The only things i would recommend is... Straightening out the small room with the washer and dryer in it, and... Thouroughly clean or replace the bathtub and shower heads. I really didn't want to take a shower in there, and definitely not a bath. Other than that, everything else was nice and clean

Thank you for the review, Jessie. We did have extensive conversation and nothing was mentioned about the shower not being clean. The bathtub does have a white water stain on the bottom of it & unfortunately it will not come out. The shower head is an over head rain head and then there’s an attached sprayer on the tub spout. I will have my cleaner take a closer look to see if there are any issues with it as no one else has reported a problem. Regarding the small utility closet- it has the washer & dryer, water heater & mop/bucket/broom. On top of the water heater is extra light bulbs and detergent. We know that the tub/shower could use a good remodel but the owner chose to do the kitchen first. The good news is the owner will be meeting with some bath contractors in August and we are hopeful to have it done as soon as time & money permits.

Great location!

Wonderful place to visit! The furniture a bit uncomfortable. Stiff sofa and chairs. The bed in master very soft and squeaks evertime you move. Would not recommend for seniors as the bath tub situation is dangerous. Have to climb up then down two stairs to get in and out with no handrails. I almost fell twice!! Its beautiful but not practical. Also recommend another towel bar to hang towels on as there is only one. The location is great with several great restaurants down stairs. The live music was great, people very friendly.

Great location, great view, great experience

Very spacious for a one-bedroom rental. Clean with nice amenities. Having the desk off to the side allowed me to leave my laptop set up so I could focus on work when needed, and I could step away without having to pack it all up so not to be in the way. Being on the top floor, there's no noise from above, and being an end unit, there's no hallway noise leading to/from the elevator. The shower/tub was nice and unique, but I do see how it could be challenging for someone with stability or mobility issues. The picture in the ad is accurate, so just something to keep in mind. I liked it. Having a private parking spot in the garage was a plus so not to get in a hot car each time. Property mgmt was very helpful and responsive in confirming the reservation, addressing a small issue upon check-in, and acknowledging my check-out. Nice village with restaurants and stores, and the live music was a nice treat to feel like you're in the middle of the fun. Overall, this was a relaxing getaway.
