Immaculate Townhome in Upscale Community w/ Pool & Balcony - Near Beach

Situated in the Tidelands community of Palm Coast, this immaculate 2BR/2BA townhome offers a delightful coastal oasis. Drive less than 10 minutes to the ocean, or soak up the sun by one of two sparkling pools. Enjoy access to a plethora of resort amenities, including walking trails with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, watch favorite shows on the 50” cable TV in the light and airy living area. Two plush sofas provide ample seating.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This townhouse sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 32” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom features a queen bed and cable TV. A second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the second-floor screened balcony, furnished with seating for two.

Take a refreshing swim in one of two shared pools. (The pool closest to your rental is heated.). Enjoy access to a variety of luxe amenities, including a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, an outdoor shower, and walking trails throughout the complex.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Parking is provided for two cars (one in the driveway and one in the garage); street parking is not permitted.

The living areas and bedrooms are all located on the second floor, accessed via one flight of stairs from the garage and entryway (please see floor plan in the photos for details).

Within a 10-minute drive of the beach, this townhome makes exploring the Florida coast a breeze! Drive 6 miles north to visit Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. Or travel 8.3 miles south to check out the Graham Swamp Conservation Area.

An abundance of shops and dining options are within a 20-minute walk in the nearby European Village complex.

Make the easy drive to a host of iconic Florida Coast destinations, including Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, both within a 40-minute drive. Orlando's theme parks are less than 2 hours away by car.

A little vacation to see my daughter

It was a nice place to stay. The front gate with the key cards and identification and the people at the front gate were a little annoying. There could be a little easier process when entering the property. It over all was a great experience.

Amazing Property!

This property was cozy and beautifully decorated. It had odds and ends that you could appreciate, like beach umbrella and chairs and dryer sheets. I would definitely give this rental a high rating. Beds were very comfortable too!

Great getaway

The property was beautiful. The stairs were manageable. The garage was a plus. Loved that there was a washer/dryer available although we didn’t need it. Appreciated being able to bring our guinea pig as it was pet friendly. Only downside was only 4 seats at the table. Another couple visited and we played a game. Had to use the coffee table and the bench. Same for dinner, but we made do. Great mini vacation!

It was very difficult for our friends who also stayed in our condo to get into the property the first night. A better process/system needs to be considered. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The community was wonderful and amenities! The Townhouse was partial cleaned upon arrival. I complained the floor was not clean, handrail filthy and baseboards. I spent a day cleaning. The outdoor patio also was not wiped down, needs a fan for summer months. View was great seeing deer. The downside highway right next to you, can be noisy. No instructions on the Gate Key and Pool entry key. Inquired with the Guard shack. They could not assist. A Community member assisted me. Needs some TLC on Vents and Furniture/couches looked dirty. The window, trash disposal and Trim in Kitchen was broke. Took a few calls but they did get someone out quickly when I got the right person. I did advise them Tv issues, sound goes up and down for no reason. That will need to be replaced in main living area. Had issues with Door code changing in without notification and could not get in. I called for new code. It would not work with new code and had to use maintenance key for remainder of stay. I would stay again because of the location; community, pool, hot tub, Neighbors were friendly. Great townhome just needs attention on the things mentioned. The Hiking trail around community had Deer walking with you on the trail at times, the water very peaceful, safe. Hopefully Vacasa will make the needed improvements on the complaints on the inside and provide a bit more information to assign one manager for property when issues arrive. Seems more issues with Vacasa than home. Loved the area!

Was required to contact management several times before the trash was removed from the previous guest. My wife cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen after we unpacked.

Quiet Corner Unit

The parking was convenient to the front portal. Access is from the ground level, two flights up to unit. Unit was presentable, noticing the cleanliness, nicely lit by natural light and decently appointed. There were a couple niceties left such as starter paper towels and a little ground coffee. The unit has a decent entertainment system, but we were there simply for a holiday visit with relatives.and it wasn’t important. The bathrooms and bedrooms held no surprises and were unremarkable. Nice storage for clothes. Washer/dryer fine. We’re overall pleased and will return, if welcomed. The minor downsides were the refrigerator door creaked like a haunted house door and an unwanted palmetto bug was scurrying across a bed room floor. Glad the wife only saw that on the last day. Fine accommodations, thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a week in November 2019. We needed a place that would accept pets and was not too far from town. Overall the place was nice and we felt at home. The location is in a quiet gated community with paths to walk with our dog. It was a little clumsy getting in/out of the complex since we needed to provide an ID every time, but the system is automated and worked well. The only problems we did have were getting into the Townhome when we arrived. The code we were given did not work, however I contacted (Turnkey) support and the problem was resolved rather quickly. I would stay here again.

Broken bed

After arriving late on 5/23 we were in shock to find the guest room bed broken and slanted. This was after getting an early check in notification around noon that day. Our children couldn't use the bed so they slept on the couch. I text customer support with vacasa and got an immediate apology and response. Following day crickets. I called and was told they were awaiting response from a local team. Day 3 I text customer support and told them i would be filing a complaint with vrbo. They said they

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by Vacasa. Advertised as having pool and fitness center but were denied access. We contacted Vacasa about this and it took 2 weeks for them to allow us access by supplying us with key cards for pool and fitness center as well as parking passes. This should have been supplied upon check-in. Local representative had no idea what was going on and continually lied to us in order to string us along. A partial refund was promised but never materialized. We would not use or recommend Vacasa!!!

Comfortable Town House in Palm Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in that location for a few days for work. The town house was centrally located. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the amenities in the property as I was there for work. Entry to the property requires for you to talk to a security person every time you enter as there is no entry fob key provided to enter through the residents entrance. Although I would have preferred to stay in a carpet-less unit, everything seemed to be clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances including the washer and dryer are relatively new. The wifi connection works well and has adequate speed. Certainly staying here was a much better experience than staying in any of the mediocre hotels in Palm Coast and yes, that includes the Hammock Beach hotel ("Best" hotel in the area) which has nice grounds but the rooms smell to mould/moisture and are stuck in the 80s. I would consider staying here again for my next business trip to Palm Coast.

Very Nice Townhome & Area

The property was very nice inside and out! The location is the perfect central connection to Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach, St. Austustine and the other popular surrounding cities. We loved that the home and area is dog friendly. I felt like the communication was very detailed and on point with everything outside of the amenities. We were told everything, even how to turn on the shower which was simple, but were not informed that we needed a key card to tap into the pool area. We are very thankful for the friendly residents who offered to let us into the pool while we waited for Turnkey to call us back about accessing the pool. When we finally did get a call back, which was maybe 2hrs after the initial call, we were informed that there was no information provided by the owner of the townhome about accessing the pool. Also, there is a nice walking trail surrounding the property with several docks overlooking the lake. Some of the docks/piers are private (non have private property signs) so pay attention to which pier you're accessing. Again, the friendly residents assisted us with finding the perfect dock/pier for relaxing on the lake and watching DOLPHINS! It was beautiful. Outside of the lack of communication regarding amenities, we really enjoyed our stay.

AVOID

The property should be taken off the market until improvements are made.1. The refrigerator does not work. It froze all of our food, and we lost about 50 of fresh vegetables that were ruined. The refrigerator operated as a freezer, even with the temperature setting at the warmest setting. Vacasa never responded to our request for help.2. The unit did not come with a FOB for entry into the pool, gym, ping pong, and billiard area. We were able to obtain one 3 days later when the office was open. Again, Vacasa never responded to our request for help.3. The kitchen had spilled coffee all over the cabinetry. We also found crumbs covering the seats at the table. My son found an empty water bottle and cigarettes under the sofa.4. The can opener was broken. We purchased a new one.5. The carpet on the stairs is stained with dirt foot-prints.Additionally, I rent 6-7 times with VRBO per year and I have never seen a condo in this condition, nor have I experienced such incapable customer service considering the issues we had with the refrigerator and FOB. I chose this condo over others that cost less believing that I was getting a nicer unit with a better experience, and that is the OPPOSITE of what we experienced.
