Did not launder clothes but found it as we were leaving,it seemed very convenient. Found shops & restaurants, would have been nice to have a little description about the stores/restuarants downstairs. Suggestion - ice tray - ice options for freezer, was going to buy one at the store & leave it for you but couldn’t find one easily. The unit was absolutely beautiful! I would certainly recommend it & stay there again! Thank you!

Perfect Spot in Palm Coast

This is the perfect place for a stay. Very convenient to restaurants, and other places to visit. As I stay for work it is within a mile of my work place so easy commute. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay whether you want to make a bite to eat instead of going out or several choices right downstairs if you venture out for a meal. It is very quiet and the parking garage is great for the inclement weather.

Everything went smoothly. A few challenges
.regret not having a stove or oven, due to the length of our stay. Cooktop (two burners) functional, but very limiting. Other challenge was elevator required key fob to access it. It would have been much easier if a second key fob was available. Otherwise all good! Nice shower, comfortable beds, and accessibility to washer/dryer all very nice

Host/property manager was pleasant and accommodating and we thought the condo met all our needs. Our only issue was a large area of black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. I can’t believe anyone having anything to do with this rental did not see the mold. We saw it the instant we walked into the bathroom. Our friend came to the condo and sprayed the area liberally with a bleach/water solution. I do hope you take this seriously as black mold is a health hazard.

Great option in an area with surprisingly few hotels.

Needed to stay close to family, and this was the perfect location. Plenty of food and drink options, very self contained little complex. Big bonus, they had a farmers market, and we really enjoyed the day, shopping, dining, making new friends. The owner was super helpful, easy to communicate with, definitely went the extra mile. stayed at this vacation unit in Palm Coast for two nights and absolutely loved it. The first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean everything was — from the floors to the linens, it was spotless. You can tell the owners really care about maintaining the space. The unit itself was cozy and well-appointed, but what really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable place to stay!

The European Villlage felt very safe and there were good dining options however, the music from the courtyard was a bit loud at night. The balcony door didnʻt close well and was often open when we returned home so should be fixed.

Perfect Stay at Palm Villa Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Villa Condo while checking on our house being built. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants. We loved visiting the farmers market on Sundays, which added a nice local touch to our stay. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for an our stay. We also discovered a lovely walking trail right across the street, perfect for our morning walks. The management team was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palm Villa Condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Peaceful Stay!
