Ground level features 2 Double beds with a private bath featuring a stall shower, tv, stackable washer & dryer & slider doors.
The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless- steel appliances (as of January 2024 -dishwasher, refrigerator, & stove). There is a half bath off the kitchen area. The Living Room features a Queen Sleep- Sofa w/sliders to Balcony. The 3rd level features the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, tv, ceiling fan & sliders to balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen, bunkbed w/drawers underneath, tv, & ceiling fan. There is a hall bath between these bedrooms featuring a shower/tub combo. Note this owner provides four TV's with basic cable, WiFi and streaming capability. The property owner supplies a complimentary starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. Please bring extra for weekly bookings.
There are 2 parking spots (1 spot under the carport & one behind the townhouse). Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 or more nights off season.
Note: State, county and city fire regulations forbid use of any type of open fire (hibachi's or barbecues) on any porch or balcony, or any portion of the public beach without required permit. However, there is a grill area, with grills, adjacent to the pool. Guests are responsible to clean after using.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available to rent for a set fee, and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The townhouse is already equipped with comforters and pillows for each bed.
