10 out of 10 experience!! what a beautiful, well appointed cottage in a beautiful area!! we absolutely loved our time so much we didn’t want to leave! It was so peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for our time there! One of our favorite moments was being able to meet the owner/hosts and they are precious people! Thank you so much for sharing this little slice of heaven!! We will definitely make this our go to spot when we visit the Franklin area!

We were visiting family in Nolensville so we did not do any cooking during our stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a very peaceful and very restful location.

Anniversary weekend

We really enjoyed staying here. We walked the property, did a bonfire and swam in the pool during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect retreat

The cottage is a perfect getaway for two. Accommodations are pristine and comfortable. The screened in porch off of the bedroom is surrounded by nature and a great place to relax. A spacious pool and gracious hosts made our stay outstanding.

Nashville Weekend

Best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Cleanliness and details from decor to linens was first class. Owners were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this one for couples looking for quiet property in awesome country setting.

Tennessee vacation

The cottage was a perfect location for all our activities from hiking, attending a family wedding, and Nashville honkytonk fun. The property owners were so friendly, which was an added bonus. The cottage was lovely, very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend

BEAUTIFUL property. The host was very kind and communicated well. Everything was clean and well maintained. They wrote a sweet letter and left us some flowers and treats when we arrived. The only thing that was tricky is the way to get into the house. It’s a narrow walkway around the back of the main house right next to the pool. I was a little nervous walking with my littles at night. Other than that, everything was incredible. I really cannot complain. It was very lovely. Thank you Gene and Judy!

Cottage Retreat

We spent 3 days at the cottage and loved it. There are so many lovely spots to enjoy from the screened in porch to poolside. The cottage is well appointed and decorated with taste. We will be back for sure. Also, our hosts, Glen and Judith were so welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage was very roomy and stocked with basically everything we needed. The pool was lovely. The property was huge and we went on walks around the fields. I was a bit worried about being at someone else's actual house, but we really only saw Gene a couple time while he was out doing yard/pool work. We met Judy briefly. They were super friendly and helpful, but we felt like we had all the privacy we needed. Big bonus is the screened-in porch on the back of the cottage. Sitting out there we truly felt like we were alone in the woods! Perfect for an easy getaway from our home in Nashville!

As close to heaven as you can get!!

The property is gorgeous, the views, the cottage decor, the convenience to both Nolensville, Franklin and even Nashville. Our hosts who graciously let us "rent" their little oasis were unbelievable - sooo generous, friendly, kind, every detail was not overlooked. We felt like we were royalty and we can't wait to return again and again!!

We had such a relaxing weekend at The Arrington Cottage! The hosts are warm and welcoming. The cottage is super clean and comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We went for several walks while we were there and saw deer, turkeys, rabbits, and a sweet duck that followed us on our walk for a bit. We had coffee every morning on the screened in porch. So relaxing!! We loved everything about our stay at The Cottage!

Great place with an awesome view!

The Cottage at Arrington was exactly what my wife and I needed for our Nashville weekend trip to see our daughter’s family! The driveway up to the place is absolutely beautiful! Gene and Judy were such great hosts! The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay and the pool was an added bonus! The screened in porch of the master bedroom was one of our favorite places! We will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit!

Peaceful and beautiful!

My adult daughter and I stayed here to attend a local Renaissance Festival. This cottage is so peaceful. We could have happily stayed there and never go e out anywhere. Just monites from Franklin and Nolansville, there's lots to see and do. Check in and all other activities were simple, the hosts were considerate and gracious. It was a joy to stay there.

Perfect retreat for two

The cottage is perfect. Set in a beautiful landscape with a pool on one side and nothings but lawns and trees from every other window. Perfect for two people with a kitchen, dining area, front porch, and a fantastic screened porch from the bedroom. We sat there in the morning and evening feeling completed secluded, listening to nature in the breeze. There is everything you need for your stay and the hosts are accommodating and gracious.
