Welcome to Otter Space! 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, hot tub, elevator, breathtaking views, and dog friendly! Located at 475 Atkinson Point Rd. Surf City, NC 28445.

As you arrive to Otter Space you will find plenty of parking for you and your family. There is an elevator entrance from the carport! (fyi: Elevator starts from the carport and up to the 2nd floor. It does not reach the 3rd floor with the 2 master suites)
The carport can be used as sheltered convenience for a vehicle, or it can be the perfect covered hang out spot for you and your family. Since Atkinson Point Rd is on a dead-end road you can comfortably let your kids run around the yard, while you kick some butt in a corn hole game, bocce ball, or another one of the provided outdoor games.
After a long day at the beach, wash off that pesky sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot water *chefs kiss*

• 1st Floor: living room + kitchen + dining area + back deck with fire pit:
From the carport, you can take the elevator up or walk up the stairs to the covered entryway. As you step inside you will be immersed by the home's coastal luxe ambiance. From the colors to the choice of furniture pieces, the interior design was specifically crafted by the owners with their guest's comfort in mind. '
Throughout your vacation you will be enticed by the intricate details of each space, and an ample collection of exclusive local art, shark's teeth, seashells and more.
The open-concept living area features an l-shaped sofa, 2 large lounge chairs, 2 dining tables, and plenty of bar seating across the kitchen island.
The back deck features endless views of the salt marsh, with Adirondack seating and a propane lit firepit. The perfect amenity for unwinding with loved ones after a day of Topsail Island adventures.
Get lost in your own adventure with the spotting scope. Use this special scope to search for wildlife throughout the landscapes. You may have already guessed at least one animal you might spot (hint: "Otter" Space!) 
Throughout the home, large windows flood each space with natural light. Inside, whether it's day or night, expect to see beautiful views of sparkling waterways, sunsets, sunrises and starry nights.

• 1st Floor | Kitchen Details:
Prepare stress free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of counter space and a large kitchen island, along with brand new appliances, dishware and kitchen utensils.
A few kitchen highlights: ceramic cookware, air fryer, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig K-Cup machine, tea kettle, Kitchen Aid mixer, Ninja knife block, Ninja blender, children's cutlery, and the crowd favorite: an ice maker!

• 2nd Floor (2 bedrooms + full size bathroom):
When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and coastal-inspired comfort. 
   -1st Room: Bunk Bedroom
        - XL Twin over Queen Size bunk bed.
        - Beautiful waterway views and a smart TV.
  -2nd Room: Queen Bedroom
        - Queen bed
        - Smart TV and beautiful views of the waterways.
-Full Bathroom
        - The full-size bathroom is situated between the bedrooms. The shower is specifically designed over a tub, with a retracting shower head conveniently installed for easy, fuss free bath times!

• 3rd Floor (king master suite + queen master suite):
-King Master
        - Expansive, breath-taking views surrounding the King size bed. 
        - A private reading nook, smart TV, and a full-length mirror.
        - Private ensuite bathroom with a modern stand-up glass shower and his & her's vanity sinks.
-Queen Master
        - Queen size bed
        - Full length mirror and smart TV. 
        - A private work desk with enjoyably distracting views of the Intracoastal.
        - Private ensuite bathroom, with stand-up glass shower.

Pets:
• 2 dogs permitted, combined weight of 50 lbs. and a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

Door Codes:
• Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking.

Early Check-in/Late Check-Out:
• Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!

Bed & Bath Linens:
• Bed and Bath linens are all provided (beach towels are not included)!
• Upon arrival, beds will already be made with freshly cleaned sheets and towels sets folded and ready for your stay.

Booking Details:
• Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
• Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. (Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest):
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 trash bag per trash can
• 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
• A small "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.

Area Guide:
• There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
• If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
• One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

• Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!
