It showcases old-world architecture with pitched ceilings, exposed brick walls and timber beams, which are complemented by modern conveniences including central heating and cooling, a lofted office, integrated sound system, two bathrooms and parking. Stay active in the building's gym and pool or head out and explore the CBDâa 15-minute saunter across the Yarra.
Step into this lofted apartment situated on the banks of the Yarra in the heritage Bond Store. The rustic yet modern aesthetic is complemented by technological conveniences such as heated floors, remote-controlled blinds and a centralised sound system.
The open-plan living area invites relaxation on plush sofas, equipped with a large wall-mounted TV for your evening entertainment while split-type air-conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round.
