Ground level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Also there is a generous living area with large screen smart TV which leads out to large decking and lush private garden where you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed with side table, bedside lamps and full built in mirrored robes with plenty of space for storage.

Upstairs you will be greeted by glorious views of Cleeland Bight and San Remo . There is a large living, dining, kitchen , butlers pantry and separate powder room. Large sliding doors open up to extensive decking with built in gas BBQ , al fresco dining area and outdoor seating .

This upstairs area is a fantastic area to read a book, relax in the sun, catch up on all your favourite TV series or simply do NOTHING!

This house is designed to capture the best weather aspects for the sun or if its a bit chilly you can turn on the cosy gas log fireplace.
