The fully equiped kitchen boasts a large countertop creating an appealing space to cook a simple meal for the whole family. Which can be served and enjoyed on at the dining table, if travelling with little ones there is a high chair so they don't miss out!
The master bedroom privately placed at the front of the home offers a queen bed for a refreshing and quiet sleep, and a desk. Plus a large walk in robe to provide plenty of storage with a spare blanket & fan and a private ensuite.
At the rear of the home the second bedroom also offers a comfy queen bed with a built-in wardrobe & spare blanket.
The kids bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. It also has a built in robe where a small heater, spare blankets and a porta-cot is stored if required.
During your stay you will have the entire home and courtyard to yourself.
The home is within a complex of 8 freestanding townhouses, where it is located at the end of the driveway to your left.

Please answer the pre booking message truthfully at the time of booking, this is to help us to get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
We have a strict no party policy, do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home or neighbours.
Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noice to a minimum and within acceptable levels and not parking or allowing children to play in the driveway.
Guests must keep to the check in times of between 2pm-10pm to respect our neighbours.
Kindly observe the 10am check out time so that our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat and tidy, we may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs in the property we will have to charge quests to have furnishings and carpet deoderised.
Please try not to misplace keys or remotes, any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
